I loved this hotel! People were friendly - both the folks working there and the people staying. I liked the old fashioned charm of the property and being treated as a valued guest! The room had everything needed and was very clean. The pool was just wonderful - clean and perfect temperature! The pond and fields were so pretty. I loved that this property is so family oriented - families were playing volleyball and other races in the back! Loved this.

A nice, traditional motel. A budget option that we would definitely use again. The rooms are fine, the staff is nice, the property is great and it's a short drive to the South Haven and the beach.

You will not get what you thought you were booking with this property. The pictures do not correspond to actual room size or condition. Very outdated and noisy from the loud window air conditioning units right at your bed and street noise. Do not book a double room. You will be cramped in a dingy musky smelling dark room cluttered with everything they could fit in it in every corner. The only positive is the grounds around the property that actually look like what’s advertised.

The rooms advertised in the photos are a complete fabrication. Can’t think of a time I’ve been more disgusted or uncomfortable. Had reserved two nights and barely made it through the first one before checking out. I was promised a refund and then later notified that it was being rejected. Filthy and outdated with an unprofessional staff is an understatement.

It was better than expected. We wanted to stay in a cabin but none were available, so I found this place. The suite was suitable to our needs, the deck was great for relaxing and the back area was so calm and peaceful. Staff were excellent and responded quickly to our needs. Would stay here again!

Property is clean however most tired. The rooms look nothing like the pictures… Beds are most uncomfortable and traffic noise is loud. Also difficult to get up and down the stairs. No elevator if on the second floor. Air conditioners are noisy and the blinds do not work!
