Summary:
Local @ B is a three story urban art townhouse centrally located less than half a mile from the heart of Downtown Bentonville, Walmart Home Office, The Ledger (the world's first completely bikeable office building), Thaden School and Performing Arts Center, and a hub of MTB friendly restaurants, shops and pubs. Everything about this Urban experience, from location to amenities, layout, and perks, have been carefully and thoughtfully designed.
The Space:
The open concept living room was designed with comfortable seating and a streaming ready smart TV with sound bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances and guest amenities giving you the opportunity to cook meals during your stay or host a small gathering with family and friends. The second floor also includes a balcony with a bartop to enjoy your sunrise coffee or sunset cocktail. There is also an indoor/outdoor studio garage and lounge for entertaining with cycloc bike mount units, park tool bicycle repair stand, and exterior bike wash station.
The home sleeps up to 8 people. Each bedroom is set with luxurious bed linens and urban artwork. We have 3.5 pristine bathrooms, replenished with ultra plush towels and bath essentials. Two parking spaces are available in the driveway (street parking is also plentiful). Full floor plan including bedroom and bathroom layout is provided at the end of our listing photos.

Guest Access:
A code will be provided to access the front door. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. The amenities provided in our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room are enough to a guest started during a trip. We do not provide an excess amount of amenities for more than a couple of days. Guest are responsible for purchasing these items if they run out during their stay.

As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
Our cancellation policy is as follows: Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Otherwise, a refund will not be processed. *3% charge only applies if Stay NWA is responsible for payment collection.
