Check in went smoothly - house was as advertised - a few little glitches - dead batteries in LR TV remote - seal on freezer shot and ice maker not working - nothing earth shattering. Overall we enjoyed our stay - loved the living room gathering space where we spent time together yet had individual bedrooms for all of us.

House was clean, cabinet draws stuck, kitchen faucet loose, furniture not very comfortable, not enough eating seating, bbq nasty, three large garbage cans on drive over full teaming with maggots and property was over run with flies, couldn’t spend much time outside the flies were getting in .

Visiting family in Bentonville
My husband and our two toddlers, joined my parents, nephew, and my mothers best friend all together in this clean little house for a week. It was perfectly located between my grandmother’s house (whom we were celebrating her 95th bday) and the gorgeous downtown Bentonville. Tons of activities for all of us to enjoy! From the Amazeum, to Creekside splash pad, to the most gorgeous picnics enjoyed in Sugar Creek. We had such a blast! And the house was the perfect place to relax after long days of fun!

We brought our family down to Bentonville for a nice weekend getaway. They managed to squeeze four bedrooms and three baths into this house and still somehow make it feel very spacious. And we managed to squeeze all five of us into the master bedroom closet as a tornado passed through town and took down trees all around us. Our car was (likely) totaled, as was the grill and some of the patio furniture. But the house, and thank fully us, remained intact. 10/10 would recommend. Stay safe out there.

Graduation weekend home away from home
Our family so enjoyed our stay in this property! We were in town to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from the University of Arkansas and this home was not only perfect for what we needed, it exceeded our expectations in every way. It was clean, well appointed, and well maintained. Everything worked exactly as advertised - check-in, appliances, wi-if, tvs, etc. There was a closet full of games for family time and a well stocked kitchen for anything we might have needed. High quality comfortable beds and linens and a great location near downtown Bentonville with easy access to the Farmer’s Market, Crystal Bridges, and tons of nice restaurants, shopping, and parks. This is one we will choose again and again when we are in NWA. Highly recommend this property!

Bentonville Beauty close to everything
I will overflow with words of praise and use every adjective in the book to share how awesome this stay was for us. The property was perfect for our family of 4, plus my daughter's fiance, along with my parents, who are 80 and 84 respectively, and my niece. Interacting and communicating with the management team was simple and responsive. We arrived sooner than we had remembered and needed a place to freshen up and rest a bit before visiting with family. The management team responded quickly and graciously let us check in at noon which allowed us to shake off the cobwebs and "road dust" from early morning travel and feel presentable and able to enjoy time with loved ones. This house was neat and clean, freshly painted and appointed with good bedrooms and baths. It not only worked perfectly for our crew of 8 but when the next day's plan to meet a local restaurant for brunch needed changing on the fly, we were able to pivot and use the house for our get-together. Good open kitchen and living spaces, along with close proximity to everyone allowed us to enjoy a mini family reunion before the wedding. Several younger ones walked across to the school playground, and it was extremely convenient to walk over to Park Springs Park. Getting groceries at the Neighborhood market just 4 blocks away was a breeze. I cannot say enough how perfect the house location is for everything we needed to do and how well-appointed and clean the house is. 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD! Thanks.

Over all impression was great. Very clean, good furnishings, all guests enjoyed the sleeping arrangements. I'll list several small items that need maintenance attention: freezer external handle is broken, kitchen sink faucet needs to be tightened, shelf in single vanity bathroom is loose, Shower doors in double vanity bath won't stay closed. Minor items, and not deal breakers, but, they need attention.

Perfect house for a soccer weekend!
House was perfect for a 4 adults and 5 kids in town for a soccer tournament! Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed! Would definitely book again:) Neighborhood was safe and very close great restaurants, grocery store or anything else you would need!

Close to Coler
This place has an excellent location near some of our favorite trails in NW Arkansas and is also close to downtown Bentonville. We were able to ride to Coler Mountain Bike Preserve and were just a short drive from the Railyard Bike Park in Rogers. There was storage for all of the bikes, a Keurig and TVs in most of the rooms. We also needed access to a fire pit, so this really ended up being the perfect place for us and our friend’s family to stay together. We already hope we can stay again!
