Great location
Great location. Lobby is cool and unique. Only downside to the lobby is a very awkward front desk that is more like a kitchen island, but the front desk person was very nice and check-in was quick. The room itself is very small. I did not like the experience of the bed being up against the wall. If I were traveling solo it would have been fine. There was no hair dryer in room and unwrapped paper cups. There is no vending. We had to ask the front desk where to get bottled water and they gave us two room temp small bottles and told there was no ice available. There is no lobby area to pick up items you may need (toothpaste, or similar) like most hotels, but if we had asked they may have had them available. Iā€™m glad we stayed, but I do not anticipate returning to this location.

The only issue that I didnā€™t realize is that there was no parking. A valet driver had to take the car for an additional $20 a day charge. The parking garage where he took the car was across the street! We could have parked there ourselves.

It's our new Motto...
Totally surprised by this hotel. Not that we had low expectations, but it exceeded our expectations. Great location to the downtown Bentonville area. Really modern decor and great restaurant/bar incorporated into it.

Long lines to check in and long unorganized lines for getting our car from valet! Coffee for $5 a cup!! No complimentary breakfast! Two workers I want to mention that helped us tremendously were Emily at reservation desk on Friday nite and Tally at reservation desk on Saturday am! Tally went herself and got our car because of the long lines! Room clean is one good point! We probably wonā€™t stay at that property again!!

New, cool hotel in downtown Bentonville. Very cool and unique interior design. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Right off the little plaza. No on-site parking.
