Overall it was a great place to stay but the service of the reception staff was extremely disappointing They were rude and inconsiderate each time we approached them including checking in when they could not even tell us the room number When I asked they told me it was on the card ???

It was accessible by walking to all the tourist destinations, but it was confusing between "apartments" and "hotel rooms"

I cannot recommend this property enough. Its location is perfect for a stay in Bergen. Close to the famous wooden buildings, funicular to Mount Floyen, bus sation and tram and main shopping centre. The room was basic but very clean and serviced everyday. I didnt have a view but thay didnt bother me. It could benefit from more hanging storage but again i managed. Heated bathroom floor was a bonus. The breakfast was one of the best, so much choice of hot and cold options. When i arrived I was I in a state because my case hadn't arrived at the airport and I had limited money. The staff were amazing and really helpful when i was in a desperate situation.

Beautiful hotel, large room , comfortable bed & it’s quiet. Great stay, across from the ferry terminal in downtown Bergen. Delicious free breakfast with many choices. Definitely good value for the cost of the room.
