Small house on 3 levels completely renovated in the central square of the medieval village of Bergheim. Ideal to discover Alsace in all seasons and especially the Christmas markets (Ribeauvillé 2 km, 8 km Riquewihr, Colmar 15 km, Kaysersberg 15 km Strasbourg 60 km). Ht Koenigsbourg 6km, Sélestat 10 km.
Downstairs, the kitchen is fully equipped.
At first, the residence is equipped with wifi and a 80cm television. A driver DLL awaits. The sofa bed is suitable for 2 additional people. A bathroom with tub and shower, washing machine should likewise.
The second, two double rooms await you. A bathroom with shower too.
Each floor is equipped with a toilet.

Lovely surroundings in a great village
Enjoyed the separate rooms and the kitchen on the main floor. Somewhat challenging steep stairs with large suitcases. Beds more suited to shorter people. Television and internet worked after initial rebooting.

Amazing hosts and property
We loved staying in this fairy tale home on the town square in Bergheim. We arrived near midnight (thanks to a faulty GPS) and the town was totally dark, making it difficult to find our place. Thankfully, our host was still waiting for us to let us in. We were so grateful for her patience. The town is wonderful to explore and not as touristy as others along the wine route.

Fantastic Christmas in Bergheim
We loved the house. It's situated in a beautiful village with wonderful countryside all around. Comfy beds, well heated and all the mod cons you need. Martin and Evelyne were very welcoming and even helped us to find accommodation in the two days prior to our stay at very late notice. There are fantastic restaurants in the local area and we will definitely be coming back soon !

Our second visit
We stayed for one month this time. We love this house and we love Bergheim and the surrounding vines, mountains and views. Only 2 cautions for some people. You climb stairs to the third floor bedrooms. The town clocks tell the time 24/7. We hardly notice them. Thanks again to Evelyn’s and Martin for a wonderful holiday!

Be careful with the parking! We were almost fined for parking in front of the appartment. Luckily we saw the traffic officer and could talk to him. Don‘t know why the locals got away with it outside our front door though???!!! Opposite the house one can park but beware of the limits. Lots of trouble free parking elsewhere.....! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bergheim.

Our perfect house in Bergheim, Alsace
We loved this refurbished 18th century house! 3 floors. You sleep upstairs in 2 bedrooms and a bath with shower. Floor two is a large salon with a futon bed, TV and couch. There is a toilet on each floor! Floor two's includes a tub and the washing machine. The house is radiator heated. The furnace room doubles as clothes drier. The first floor is a large kitchen and eating area including a dishwasher. The windows open on to a nice square with beautiful houses, a small Monday market and strolling tourists. We found parking in front of the house every day. We found a variety of good restaurants, two groceries and several wine merchants within a 5 minute walk. Bergheim is medieval walled town outside the clamor of tourist-filled Ribeauville. One highlight is the picturesque rampart walk that's flat and can be done in 25 to 30 minutes. Our hosts, Martin and Evelyn and their family live close by and are very helpful. Both speak English well. We spent 3 weeks here during a 2 month trip. It was Fall as the grape harvest was ending. The vines are golden and vistas include chateaus and WWI and WWII historic sites. Hiking, eating, great tourist towns, mountains, wine, the Rhine and Black Forest are all outside your door.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Ein sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes altes Haus. Mit allen Notwendigen ausgestattet. Man hat die Geschichte dieses Hauses gespürt. Ein sehr außergewöhnliches Haus im Zentrum von Bergheim, mit allem was man in einem Ferienhaus braucht. Parken kann man etwas außerhalb, wie alle die in diesem Ort leben. Das Einzige was anzumerken ist sind die recht steilen Treppen die für ältere Menschen und Gehbehinderte etwas schwierig, da steil sind. Alles in allem sehr charmant. Bäckerei und sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe, grösserer Supermarkt in 3 km Entfernung

Klare Empfehlung für einen tollen Urlaub.
Das Haus ist wirklich schön mit ausreichend Platz für eine Familie. Es ist alles vor Ort was man braucht. Wir haben hier 9 sehr schöne Tage im Sommer verbracht. Bergheim als Dorf und die ganze Gegend sind eine klare Empfehlung für einen erlebnisreichen Familienurlaub. Man liegt sehr zentral im Elsass und kann alles zwischen Strasbourg und Mulhouse schnell erreichen. Klare Empfehlung!.

Uns hat es alles in allem gut gefallen. Das Haus ist groß und beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist super und der Ort ist perfekt um Urlaub zu machen. Einzig und allein zwei Dinge haben uns nicht so gut gefallen: Nach dem vielen Regen hat das alte Haus einen unangenehmen Geruch verströmt, der sich auch mit lüften, nicht beheben ließ. Zusätzlich war es ziemlich laut, weil am Haus gegenüber das Dach abgedeckt wurde. Der Kontakten mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm.

Séjour idéal à bergheim
Très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison idéalement située sur le place centrale du village. Maison confortable et très bien équipée, à petite distance des sites les plus touristiques. Bergheim est un très beau village au milieu des vignes, c est très calme et avec toutes les commodités (boulangerie, boucherie, épicerie, restaus etc). Je recommande vivement !!

Schönes Haus in Ort mit mittelalterlichen Ambiente
Unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus war toll Es hat alles was man braucht, die Betten waren super. Der Ort ist traumhaft. Wegen der Wärme haben wir bei offenen Fenstern geschlafen, was wegen der benachbarten Gastronomie erst zu später Stunde möglich war.
