Hotels.com said ā€žFree Parking,ā€ but the hotels parking garage is not free and its underground. Not wise to park underground when its raining. Other hotels in Berlin closes their underground parking due to potential flooding. There is street parking but with 2 large hotels its always taken up by buses and other large vehicles. There was no reception so use the email to access codes and texts for codes was very annoying with the self check-in. Only one kiosk and others waiting to check-in were also annoyed. Beds were ok. Room was clean. It was very newā€¦but no restrooms downstairs, no restaurants, only a vending machine. You can walk to the Moxy next door for food and drinks. Breakfast was decent. There are no restaurants nearby and all places close down around the airport. It was a Friday night and all gas stations, burger king, etc were all closed by 22.00.

The hotel and room are modern and well preserved, with a comfy bed and pillow. It has everything you need for a quick stay. There is not much happening in the area, just a couple of restaurants and that's it, so it can be kind of lonely and restricted. There weren't many options on UberEats as well, so if yo do not have a car the location may not be ideal.

This is NOT at the airport. It is off sight and requires transit. Taxi is approximately 20 euro. Once there it is very isolated.

The hotel was clean and fairly close to the airport with a shuttle that runs to take you there in the early morning. It does not shuttle from the airport to the hotel when you arrive though. You must catch the metro bus for that. The rooms were very clean, staff was friendly. Everything was perfect!

Good Self-Serivce Hotel
We stayed here before a flight. Hotel was clean and room was good. This is our first time using this hotel chain, so electronic check in late at night was a bit nerve-wracking. However, it all went well. We met no staff, so I've no idea what service was like. Communication between hotel and myself was terrible, no replies to emails or messages on app. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Hairdryer was decent.

Close to the airport ( only 2 km away) and there is an italian restaurant a short walk away. Room was snug but was very clean and had everything we could need for an overnight stay.

This hotel was close to the airport for a very early flight. It was inexpensive, clean and perfect for what we needed. We just needed a place close to the airport to sleep. There was a public bus that would take you to the airport. It served its purpose and was fine for us.

I'm giving this hotel a 5 - because the things they could control they did very well. The hotel is very modern, very clean and the staff were very friendly and could understand my poor German and speak English. The breakfast was excellent and I think it was good value. Only downsides were that there is not many shops, cafes or bars in the area ... but I can recommend Tony's for a pizza and cold beer. Bus stop is in walking distance - but I actually was able to walk to the airport.
