My friends and I stayed at your hotel from Sept. 29 - October 2. We had a delightful stay in every way. We were greeted upon our arrival with kindness and warmth. Our room was so very comfortable. This was our first time in Berlin and we did not know what to expect. The restaurant became our dining room as we immensely enjoyed the friendly waiters who attended to our every need. The 5 of us ended up sitting at the big round table for all of our meals and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners we shared at that table. On October 1, I left my phone in a taxi. I was so distraught and my friend Suzanne helped me navigate retracing my steps. Another taxi driver kindly called in my missing phone to the central taxi office. We waited several hours where our taxi ride originated and finally decided to go back to the Marriott Courtyard to see if they could help us. An angel named Katarzyna Kiedos helped us at your front desk. She was so encouraging and offered to call the taxi central office to let them know where I was staying. She was very reassuring and told me that she believed my phone would be returned. As we were having dinner that night at our favorite table we got a call from Katarzyna that a taxi driver was in the lobby with my phone! I was overjoyed and relieved. We thanked Katarzyna over and over again. What wonderful employees you have at your hotel- she went above and beyond to be helpful. Overall our experience at your hotel was superb. Thank you, Perri

We had 3 rooms booked for business, stayed for 6 nights in total. Rooms were very spacious, beds were comfortable, cleaned every day, had all the amenities in the room that you would require. Plenty of taxis, ubers etc available and only a couple minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Food and drinks in the bar were excellent and reasonably priced. Only thing i would say, is that the breakfast is an all you can eat buffet, they charge ā‚¬26 for a hot breakfast and ā‚¬14 for a small plate (continental). When you go in to breakfast in the morning, they ask you to complete slip, but there is no option to pick which breakfast and they automatically charge the full breakfast hot breakfast for every day, they did alter mine at the end of the stay, but i feel this could be dealt with a bit better.

Room was very spacious, clean and very well organized. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again to the hotel when staying in Berlin. Staff was friendly and helpful.
