Had a very comfortable room with a kitchen and the basics for making some food if you choose. Great shower, comfortable bed. The staff here just excellent as far as service! Very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

It was a rough stay. The staff was nice and well-intentioned. Check in was delayed, and the communication around our room availability was poor. The room itself was large and had potential. But it was a hot day and the a/c — something we looked for in this place — was not adequate (and was controlled at the front d). Worse, the water was turned off at two different times, both coinciding with our showers. Lastly, the Expedia listing says that parking is available, but in reality it’s limited and needs to be reserved in a process that I was not made aware of. The front desk did comp our breakfast and room tax as a gesture to make up for the experience. As I said, everyone was very nice and tried to help. And the property has potential. It just needs more attention and investment.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Forse qualche difficoltà con l inglese. Locale molto bello e pulito. Struttura lontana da Berlino ma facilmente raggiungibile con treno locale sia dall aeroporto (1 ora) che dal centro città (30 Min).

Lækkert værelse/lejlighed
Virkelig lækkert og stort værelse/lejlighed. Nyt, moderne, højt til loftet, fint udstyret køkken, god seng, godt wi-fi og velvalgte møbler. Bus, sporvogn og station lige ude foran døren. Jeg havde ved bookning og betaling ca. 2 måneder før opholdet ønsket at bo så højt oppe som muligt - Og det var skuffende nok så stueetagen jeg fik..... :(

Super nieuwe, schone, mooi ingerichte appartementen met alles er op en er aan. Hele vriendelijke mensen aan de receptie, echt een aanrader voor Potsdam maar ook om van hieruit Berlijn te bezoeken. Jammer dat wij er maar een nacht verbleven. Het zijn heerlijke appartementen.

Leider kam im 4. Stock kein oder nur wenig Wasser aus der Dusche. Das war wirklich sehr ärgerlich. Das Appartement ansonsten war wirklich sehr schön.
