The entrance and access to the rooms was dirty and unwelcoming. There was a lot of noise from delivery trucks and garbage trucks. There was no reception to speak of and this made it difficult to organise anything like taxis etc to get around. Extremely rude and arrogant manager who swore and used foul language when we made a comment that he was not very helpful or courteous. The place itself once passed the entrance was lovely but there was no lift and no help with luggage up the stairs. Would not stay there again.

Die realitƤt war weit weg von den Bildern im Internet. Nur ein Stuhl fĆ¼r 2 Personen. Man bemĆ¼ht sich etwas das Zimmer sauber zu halten. Die RƤnder an der Dusche sind jedoch nicht zu Ć¼bersehen. Durch die dicken Steigrohre fĆ¼r die Heizung ist es im Zimmer zu warm. FĆ¼r Berliner verhƤltnisse ist das Zimmer gĆ¼nstig.

Es war okay
Direkt nach der Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass die TĆ¼r zu unserem Badezimmer nicht zuging. Wir meldeten dies umgehend bei der Rezeption. Dort hieƟ es, dass der Schaden erst am Sonntag behoben werden kƶnne.... wir haben uns damit erstmal abgefunden. Da aber leider meine BettwƤsche stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen hat, haben wir uns beim auschecken nochmal Luft gemacht, der Wirt kam uns daher etwas entgegen. Abgesehen davon war das Hotel sehr schƶn, ruhig und in einer guten Lage, das Zimmer auƟerdem sehr sauber. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war ebenfalls sehr gut, trotz der kleinen Auswahl.

Could be better.
I booked three beds in a room for me and my teenagers (full price) , but we got two beds and a sofa bed - short (about 1.70), hard and bumpy, plus stale and smelled Horrible. Wifi very poor in our room, only worked next to our room door! The staff were certainly nice, but when we complained they could not do anything either to the sofa or wifi. Very disappointed! No elevator, you carry yourself up the bags. All doors - entrance, floor and room door - must be locked and unlocked with a key, a real fire trap! Old but clean otherwise and close to the U- bahn. Good breakfast, but it was not included in the price. Would rather say that this is an old guest house rather than hotel! Jag bokade tre sƤngar i ett rum fƶr mig och mina tonƄringar (fullpris), men vi fick tvƄ sƤngar och en utbƤddad bƤddsoffa - kort (ca 1,70), hƄrd och gropig, dessutom unken och luktade. FƶrfƤrligt. Wifi mycket dƄligt i vƄrt rum, fungerade endast intill vƄr rumsdƶrr! Personalen var visserligen trevlig, men nƤr vi klagade kunde de inte gƶra nƄgot varken Ƅt soffan eller wifi. VƤldigt besviken! Ingen hiss, man bƤr sjƤlv upp sina vƤskor. Alla dƶrrar - entre, vƄningsplan och rumsdƶrr - mƄste lƄsas och lƄsas upp med nyckel, en verklig brandfƤlla! Gammalt men rent fƶr ƶvrigt och nƤra U-bahn. Bra frukost, men den ingick inte i priset. Skulle snarare sƤga att detta Ƥr ett gammaldags pensionat snarare Ƥn hotell!

Veramente buono, Io ci tornerei
Veramente ben posizionato, vicino alla Ubahn, ristorante italiano nelle vicinanze con wifi gratuito, anche nell'hotel c'ĆØ il wifi gratuito ma non copre tutte le zone. I letti sono comodi, anche la doccia ĆØ confortevole, il livello di pulizia medio alto. Ti danno le chiavi da portare con te, quindi puoi tornare a che ora vuoi senza passare per la recepsion. Vicino anche un supermarket, tabaccaio, ristoranti e fast food. Nella stanza anche armadio, luce da letto, finestra, balcone, poltrona, tv. Io ci tornerei.

Bliver mĆødt af venlig receptionist. Har fravalgt morgenmad og parkering da det var for dyrt. Hotellet er en gammel og slidt lejlighedsopgang, hvilker det tydeligt bƦrer prƦg af. Skuffende. VƦrelset lyst, pƦnt. RengĆøring ok. Manglede aircondition da der var meget varmt. Madrasser for hĆ„rde. Brugser umulig at indstille (var ved at blive kogt indimellem). Ville vƦre skĆønt med en elkoger og et par kopper. Gardiner svƦre at trƦkke for da de sad 3 meter oppe. DƦkkede ikke helt for vinduerne. Hotellet ligger dejlig tƦt pĆ„ U-Bahn og derfor nemt at komme rundt i byen og til sevƦrdigheder. Mange smĆ„ restauranter og indkĆøbsmuligheder i nƦrheden.

Bra hotell!
Det var ett bra hotell, trevlig personal och enkelt att hitta till dƄ tunnelbanan och flera buss stationer var nƤrliggande. Snabbt gick det att Ƅka till Berlin Zoo som var anledningen till att vi valde detta hotell och dess nƤrhet till Europa center. TrƄkig sikt mot innergƄrden dƤremot dƄ huset sƄg ut att nƤstan rasera och soptunnor var det roligaste att se dƤr. Men det var ett bra hotell tycker jag i allmƤnhet

Das Einchecken funktionierte schon erheblich frĆ¼her noch vor 13.00 Uhr und so hatten wir noch eine Stunde Pause auf dem Zimmer. Das AC DC Konzert am Abend im Olympiastadion war ebenfalls perfekt. Das Zimmer und die Nasszelle waren sauber. Super Preis / LeistungsverhƤltnis. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck fĆ¼r 5 Euro pro Person war sehr gut und umfangreich. Wir wĆ¼rden dort wieder buchen.

Dejligt Hotel tƦt pƄ alting.
Var afsted 2 voksne og ti teenage drenge. Dejligt hotel, 25 min. gang til shoppegaden.. Meget stort vƦrelse til 4 mennesker, rent og pƦnt. Personalet var flinke og hjƦlpsomme. Morgenmaden var ok ikke et kƦmpe buffe men der var alt hvad vi spiste. Ingen internet pƄ vƦrelset men i morgenmadsresturanten var der. Kommer der bestemt igen. Man fƄ parkeringsbillet af hotellet og kan parkere udenfor. ligger tƦt pƄ u.bahen.
