Nice Hotel, Excellent Staff

I was staying at the hotel and also presenting at an event held at the hotel. The hotel is pleasant and the location is great. However what sets this hotel apart is the staff. Absolutely everyone was amazing. Special mention to the waiting staff, Spa reception and check in.

Excellent city centre hotel close to public transport and a short walk to most attractions. Staff couldn’t do enough and breakfast sensational.

Arrived at my location and my shower was already clogged from the previous guest's hair. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly and quick to unclog my drain.

While the hotel lobby seemed like a Hilton property, the rooms have seen better days. The beds are terribly uncomfortable and there was limited hot water.

When I'm in Berlin, I always stay at this wonderful Hilton on Gendarmenmarkt. The staff are responsive and helpful, our room had a gorgeous view, and the pool and sauna area are such a wonderful relief after a long day of sightseeing. I also want to highlight the staff for finding an item I left behind and promptly mailing it back to me. Thanks to Hassan in housekeeping!
