I liked how it resembled the photos, and it was sort of clean upon entering. Trash wasnā€™t taken out, and WiFi in the building was gone for almost all 3-4 nights I was there, which put a big hindrance on planning my trip and making some last-minute calls since I didnā€™t have service in my time in Europe. All hot water in the shower and sink went away, and I was left with ice-cold water on day 2. I am also certain the hotel was still under construction in some parts. To top that, the electrical work for all the appliances and lights was oddly switched around and configured terribly. That last part is truthfully a nitpick on my end, so take it as you will; however, the rest regarding water and Wi-Fi is true in its entirety.

Keine Heizung auf dem Zimmer und es war mega kalt. Auch ein Anruf bei der Hotline brachte nichts. Der Techniker konnte auch keinen HeizlĆ¼fter besorgen. In der Beschreibung stand es gƤbe eine Heizung. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Woke us up at 09:55 and said we had to check out now even check out is 11:00. Had to get the framed poster ,thats on the table in the room, that clearly states check out is 11:00. Came back at 10:50 to remind us check out is 11:00.

PrisvƤrt hotellrum med gratis dryck och kapselmaskin fƶr kaffe. Bra lƤge nƤra East Side Mall fƶr shopping och mysiga kvarter i nƤrheten med cafeer och restauranger. FrƤscha rum. Ɩppnar entren samt rumsdƶrren med app i telefonen. SĆ„ se till att ha den laddad. Enda minuset Ƥr att det blir vƤldigt varmt pĆ„ rummen under hƶgsommaren och de Ƥr enbart utrustade med flƤkt. Allt som allt ƤndĆ„ ett vƤldigt bra val.

The worst experience ever! We couldnt get into the hotel, hot water didnt work, heating didnt work and service was not there. DO NOT GO! Dont let the photos fool you. I have gone to many hotels and this was by far my worst experience ever!!!!

This is not a hotel!

Don't go here! It's not an hotel, it's more like apartments. No reception, no early checkin, no common area, no working areas, no atmosphere, no breakfast. Really horrible and completely misstated / oversold on the website / advertisement.
