I had very little interaction with the staff and the housekeeper did not understand English. I had a suite, which was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The hotel itself is nice but it's a bit of a walk to public transportation,

Location, price and hotel perfect!
Vacation with my son… hotel was perfectly located for all that we did!! I chose it because the price was slightly better than others in the area (even without knowing the area and where would have been best for us)… the hotel and location ended up being perfect!

Very impressed with hotel and staff. One drawback was room didn’t have coffee. Room got made each day but there was never coffee replenished. Just one tea bag and sugar packs. Other than that glitch the hotel was great.

Very good hotel in a good place, close to a long street of shopping (Kudam). The hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient. The only bad thing I can think about is in our room we couldn’t open the window due to any renovation or something like that…

Perfect stay!!!
I can talk only positive things about stay. Room, toilet, shower were perfectly clean and tidy, comfortable beds and bedding. Excellent breakfast and very helpful and pleasant staff. Free car park was a big bonus as well. I would definitely come back and would highly recommend.
