Perfect Garden Apartment
We loved this place so much, we didnt want to leave. It is such a beautiful location, with its own jetty for swimming and canoeing. The apartment is very comfortable, and well maintained. It feels very high end, and well thought out. It's only a 5-10 minute walk into town, with a Netto and Edeka supermarket. Great transport links in both directions too. We had an excellent meal in the Italian restaurant, next to the bridge to the Island, as recommended in the house guide. Klaus was very welcoming despite the language barrier. (We definitely need to learn some German!) There were some additional charges, for bed linen/towels etc but we were made aware of this well I advance of our stay. We would love to return.

Beautiful home, excellent hosts and wonderful environment
We loved our stay in this wonderful setting and home, we greatly appreciated the hosts' excellent organization and their assistance in anything that we needed. The house is spacious, decorated with style, comfortable and well-organized. Ample opportunity for enjoying a tranquil holiday, outdoor activities or visits to Potsdam and Berlin. Thank you!

Bisher beste Unterkunft in Werder
Seit vielen Jahren schon habe ich in Werder in Ferienwohnungen und auch Hotelzimmern gewohnt. Dies ist die mit Abstand beste! Sehr modern eingerichtet, beim Frühstück Blick auf die Havel, E-Bike und sogar eine Saune sind verfügbar. Trotz sehr ruhiger Lage liegt die Bushaltestelle nur wenigen Gehminuten entfernt. Insgesamt hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung in Bestlage! Gibt es Nachteile? Spontane Buchungen sind selten möglich, sollten rechtzeitig erfolgen. Schönen Urlaub!

Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung
Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die Aussicht auf die Föhse ist immer wieder wunderschön, egal ob vom Essplatz drinnen oder draußen von der Terrasse aus. Für Paddler ist der zum Grundstück gehörende Steg besonders zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Lage und tolle Ausstattung zu fairem Preis
Die Ausstattung inkl. Geräte im Gartenschuppen (Kanu, Roller, Spielsachen usw.) ist sehr gut und wurde von uns entsprechend genutzt. Auch sind im Haus viele Vebrauchsgüter (Salz, Öl, Seife usw.) von ggf. Vormieter vorhanden und nicht weggeräumt, wie teilweise in anderen Ferienhäusern (ist positiv hervorzuheben). Die Lage ist super mit Blick auf die Havel und die Insel. Ein kleines Problem mit den Schlüsseln beim Ankommen konnte schnell geklärt werden. Wir könnten sogar eher rein, weil die Reinigung bereits 14 Uhr fertig war. Einen Stern gibt es bei Sauberkeit Abzug, wegen den Silberfischen im Bad. Als Landhaus Besitzer mit Ameisen sind wir "Tiere" im Haus "gewöhnt", schön ist es trotzdem nicht. Im kleinen Zimmer (Kinderzimmer) bzw. generell sollten bitte Steckdosenschutz installiert werden (es reichen die Einsätze zum Hochschieben). Unsere 3 Jährige Tochter lag mit dem Gesicht auf Augenhöhe vor 4 ungesicherten Steckdosen (ich habe eins der Brettchen aus der Küche zwischen Bett und Wand zur Sicherheit geklemmt). Daher gibt es insgesamt einen Stern Abzug. Insgesamt können wir uns aber vorstellen wieder dieses Ferienhaus zu buchen. Übrigens kamen wir mit den Gastekarten kostenlos für 3h in das Familienbad der Haveltherme. Das war eine tolle Überraschung, da auf den Gutscheinen nur "Ermäßigung" stand :-)

Unser Aufenthalt im Haus am Havelbogen war wunderbar! Die verglaste Front mit dem direkten Blick aufs Wasser ist magisch. Man isst, kocht und sitzt immer mit Blick auf die Havel. Wir hatte zwei sonnig warme Herbsttage, an denen man barfuss mit Kaffee auf den eigenen Steg laufen konnte, um in der Sonne zu sitzen. Genial! Imm Sommer springt man direkt ins Wasser, dreht ne Runde und kommt dann raus zum Frühstücken..... Die eigene kleine Sauna im Bad war für unseren Herbsturlaub ein tolles extra, was ich nicht missen möchte. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein, aber die Matratzen, Kissen und Decken sehr gut! Das 2.Zimmer mit den zwei Betten ist nur für Kinder geeignet, da die Betten nur c.a 180 cm lang sind. Die Fussbodenheizung ist toll! Die Küchenausstattung voll in Ordnung. In den Schlafzimmern kann man es sehr gut dunkel machen mit Jalousie und Vorhang. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen wieder.

Wir waren zu viert, 2 befreundete Ehepaare. Natürlich hat das Wetter zu unserem traumhaften Urlaub viel beigetragen aber die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und das Grundstück ein Traum. Einziger, kleiner Minuspunkt ist das sehr kleine, 2. Schlafzimmer, dort stehen 2 schmale Einzelbetten drinnen, welche für große oder kräftigere Personen ungeeignet sind. Sonst ist alles wunderbar.

SA-GEN-HAFT!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Bei schönstem Wetter, mit direktem Blick und Zugang auf das Wasser, schon allein die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderbar! Dazu kommt die reichhaltige Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Spielen, Liegestühlen, Sportgerät, etc. Da fühlt man sich als würde man das Feriendomizil eines Freundes bewohnen. Vielen Dank dafür, das gibt einem als Gast ein gutes Gefühl. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr schön und edel gestaltet und eingerichtet. Für lärmsensible Menschen ist das Haus eher nicht geeignet, weil einerseits vom Wasser her immer Freizeitgeräusche zu hören sind und im Nachbargarten befindet sich ein Teich mit Fröschen, die ausgiebig quaken. Uns hat das nicht gestört, aber es ist eben auch nicht jedermanns Sache. Wir werden uns auf jeden Fall wieder um die Wohnung bemühen, wenn wir erneut aufbrechen um die Schönheit des Havellandes und Potsdams zu erkunden.
