Location can not be beaten! Easy walk to museum island and on main train and tram lines. Ask for a quiet room at the back as they are extremely quiet.

Great staff, helping and friendly. My room was small but neat. The bed and shower were great other than the shower only having a small glass partition that made it impossible to have a really vigorous shower without flooding the bathroon. The location is great, very close to a train station but not too close. There are many restaurants and shops in easy walking distance as well as a nice park. Thanks for a great four night stay.

I loved this little boutique hotel. It was quaint, clean, modern and I loved the location. I walked everywhere! Hackescher markt is literally around the corner, Alexanderplatz is 1 train stop away or easy to walk to (1.2km), the Berlin Dom is a block awayā€¦..I highly recommend this hotel. Great value and the perfect central location.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed in Germany. The stuff was really nice, from receptionists to the cleaners. The hotel is very clean, all the available products are Molton Brown. The location is super central, within walking distance from museum island and easy transport for the rest of the city, and a direct train to the airport! Around the hotel there are several food options. The area is safe and nice! Could not recommend this hotel enough.

The best place to stay! easy to get to ground transportation. very easy to get to from the airport. the staff are all friendly and speak English if needed. Breakfast is a bit pricey but there are many other options within minutes from the front door. The roof top bar is nice but please tell them that they should serve pretzels and if not too hard - mustard with them!

Half a block from the train station where you can also catch a direct train to the airport. Metro stop with 3 different lines two blocks away. Lot's of restaurants half a block away. The place is clean, convenient located a few blocks from the historic Alexander Platz. Some of the front desk staff were very helpful and willing to answer questions related to transportation, etc. Others had an attitude and had no idea how to help. Customer service training will be helpful.

The stuff at the reception is very rude, errant and unprofessional. Hotel is located in good location, clean. But I have never seen this kind of attitude from the receptionist in my life.

The rooftop bar should have longer hours and serve pretzels! Bretzel The chairs and cushions should be set up earlier so that guests like me could sit there do do my writing work. But all over it is a very good hotel at a great location! Very easy to get there directly from the airport by train - The RE 8 to Ost Bahnhof there you change to the S7 to Hachescher Markt. But be very sure you pay the correct fare. You will need a one-way adult ABC ticket. Then validate it in the red machines on the platform. If you don't it will cost you 60 Euros or more!

We received a warm welcome at reception. Our room was on the 3rd floor, street side with a lovely view and a large full window opening out onto the street. The room had a lovely view of the local locality. Even though the trams run directly below (great for local transport), you could not hear these with the window closed. But isnā€™t that part of the city vibe and ambience. The shower was great and everything was well appointed, clean and tidy. Great hanging and storage space. A jug and cups were available by request from reception. The property offers a great bar and lounge room and on the roof a wonderful roof top bar and sun area. There are many food options around and shopping. Well worth the stay! We would certainly stay again.
