Nice, comfortable

This was a very nice modern clean hotel situated close to a metro stop. My only issues were that the front desk helps see minimal and at one point there were six people behind me online to check in. Also, when came in the front desk use their card to allow them in the elevator. It didnā€™t work and for 10 minutes they just went up and down and nowhere the right way. Perhaps the issue was that was the difficulty but it was frustrating to wait so long. At one point in the evening, I phoned the front desk and literally no one answered and I let it ring for over a minute. The coffee makers provided in the room they do not provide any kind of creamer. And while you can get some from the restaurant, it means you have to exit the hotel walk outside and around the building to get to where the restaurant is . Also, the shower is a beautiful porcelain that looks like slate, but I found the floor very slippery when wet and no grab bars for older people.

Really this hotel is for business clients but the rooms are outstanding with very comfortable beds and 3 minutes walking distance to the shopping centre opposite where theres every type of shop, plus the rail station is where the airport express train stops every 30 minutes, so its very easy to get to. The staff were friendly and helpful and a big thank you to them.

Wir haben hier als Familie auf Durchreise eine Nacht verbracht. Der Check-in war reibungslos. ParkplƤtze stehen ausreichend zur VerfĆ¼gung fĆ¼r 18ā‚¬ pro Tag. Der Bahnhof und ein Einkaufszenter sind ca. 5min fuƟlƤufig. Auch ein Park mit Spielplatz ist in der NƤhe. Zimmer war recht groƟ und hat sogar etwas SpielflƤche fĆ¼r die Kleine geboten. Nur der Boden wurde schon lƤnger nicht gewischt. Uns ist eine Wasserflasche ausgekippt und wir haben das mit den HandtĆ¼cher aufgewischt. Danach waren die HandtĆ¼cher ziemlich dreckig. FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck kƶnnen wir nicht bewerten; das war uns zu teuer: 24ā‚¬ pro Person.
