Housed in the most central district of Berlin (Mitte), Guesthouse Moabit’s apartments are in a quiet street within a lively central neighbourhood that is well connected to the local sights. The nearest subway station, Turmstraße, can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, the metro station Beusselstrasse is just 10 minutes by foot or a 3 minute bus trip away; and many buses to get around the city are accessible in under 3 minutes. A direct bus to the central train station allows a comfortable commute to BER airport by train.

This is a maisonette apartment with two floors. To the bathrooms you will go down a spiral staircase, the bed is a bunkbed with stairs as well. So we recommend this place to the young and fit. To those, who do not enjoy using stairs in their accommodation, we recommend checking out our other awesome 1-floor apartments!

Our apartments are bright, cosy, and seek to create a homelike atmosphere. They are all equipped with either a kitchen or a smaller kitchenette that includes hobs, a minifridge, and an electric kettle along with basic cooking implements. All rooms have en suite bathrooms. WiFi connectivity is available in all areas and street parking is possible in the surrounding blocks.

The beautiful river Spree is just around the corner and the nearby streets are dotted with numerous cafés, eateries, and bars. Berlin’s large Tiergarten park is a very short bus ride away and the well-known shopping avenue, Ku’damm, is 3 subway stops from Turmstraße.

10/10, would stay here again
Apartment was clean, easy to find, and within a 15 minute walk to the U-bahn. Gregor the host was incredibly easy to communicate with. We had a request on the second day and he kept us updated until he was able to help us out. The spiral stairs are indeed easier to navigate if you are without mobility issues! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 5 nights.

Great stay with very accommodating hosts!
We loved our stay here! It was close to the tram/metro and in a cute area. The hosts informed us that there was a leak in the apartment and offered to upgrade us to another apartment of theirs. They were very flexible and prioritized our comfort. We would definitely stay there again!

This is a fantastic place to stay if you want to visit Berlin - a really sweet little compartment, spread over 3 floors. The only thing that has prevented me from giving it 5stars is that I feel that it needed a few more pots and pans, plates and cups. Otherwise superb and highly recommended.

It was our good luck to find this place for our stay in Berlin. It’s an impeccably-maintained studio in a building that’s part of a compound with gate access from the street. It has a loft bed, kitchenette, and a bathroom (shower, sink with mirror, and toilet) exclusively for use by this unit but located in an empty room, one floor down, accessible from within the apartment by a narrow staircase. The living space is efficiently furnished to support the typical needs of a short stay. Other things we appreciated: beautiful wooden floor and kitchen counter; large window letting in plenty of light; good kitchen/bathroom water pressure and temperature range; two radiators that kept the space warm; cozy loft bed (some attention was required using the ladder and the staircase to the bathroom but nothing problematic for anyone without balance or mobility issues); quiet, peaceful building (and neighborhood—but the area is also thriving with life, just more the life rhythms of locals and not so much tourism or globalized retail commerce); excellent restaurants and cafés in and around the area, and nearby groceries; close to public transportation (two bus stops a five-minute walk from the apartment and the tram 10 minutes away—all taking you to Berlin Hauptbahnhof). Our many thanks to our gracious hosts. They were helpful in getting us settled in as well as providing us with useful information. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality contributed a lot to the great time we had in Berlin.

Great flat!
The flat was ideal for us- compact and cosy, but still with enough space for the two of us to hang out. The compactness also did not extend to the bathroom, which was surprisingly big! Beds were comfortable- great pillows- and the area around was as quiet as you can expect from a city which made for sleeping well. Gregor (the host) was very friendly and helpful when showing us around, and we felt very safe there. Thank you!

We had a great stay here in Berlin. The description is very accurate, the bed is comfortable and the small kitchenette had everything we needed. As mentioned in the ad, there is a a very steep and narrow staircase to get to the bathroom, which would be difficult both for those with mobility issues, as well as young children. But again, this is mentioned. The communication with the host was great, and the check in and check out process were very easy. Overall great stay!

Great stay!
We had a great time at the apartment. It was spacious, easily accessible, clean and with everything you need. The host is very nice as well! I would maybe note 1 or 2 negative points : it’s very bright and a bit noisy especially in the morning, the curtains are almost see through. Also, expect to be hot when the outside temperature is high! Otherwise we had a great stay!! I highly recommend, it’s great value for money :)

Ja also wir wurden von fünf Arabern nach Hause verfolgt bis in den Innenhof haben uns dann halt am nächsten Tag mit ein paar abwehrmittel aus einem Army Store ausgerüstet dann ging das auch gut mit dem Schlafen... Das passiert aber normalerweise nicht da.aussieht

Bin tatsächlich gut hoch und runter vom Hochbett und ins Bad gekommen , habe gut geschlafen... Es war okay, für eine Nacht, eine zweite wäre ich auch geblieben, bitte besser sauber machen und neue Handtücher kaufen, der Empfang war super, auch viele Informationen bekommen, ich habe mich sicher gefühlt, bitte das Geländer zum Bad

Ruhig gelegen...
Wir waren vom 17.05 bis 19.05. in einer der Unterkünfte. Das GUTE, es ist ruhig gelegen und man kann dort übernachten und sich morgens Kaffee oder Frühstück zubereiten. Die 2 Räume sind nicht sehr gross.Das Zimmer wurde offenbar mal neu gestrichen, aber das Kreppband wurde nicht wieder entfernt.Farbreste an den Lichtschaltern,Steckdosen und der Lampe.Unsauber gearbeitet. Der defekte Fernseher wurde ausgetauscht. An der Wendeltreppe ist ein Holm lose, Kühlschranktür ist rostig.Insgesamt machte das Gebotene leider einen lieblosen Eindruck. Das ist MEINE persönliche Meinung. Aber, zum übernachten reichts.

Appartement bien situé, quartier calme et sécurisant. Gregor est disponible pour ceux qui le souhaite. A noter, un lit en mezzanine avec une échelle, donc pas pour ceux qui aurait le vertige. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir absolut zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut und dieser auch sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung hat einige Mängel (Badezimmerfenster schließt nicht richtig; es funktioniert nur eine Herdplatte vernünftig; Duschkopf muss per Hand gehalten werden, weil die Halterung nicht erneuert wurde). Mit diesen kleinen Dingen konnten wir aber gut leben, gerade für den günstigen Preis. Dennoch wäre es sicherlich schön, zumindest das Badezimmerfenster zu reparieren.

Etwas Nettes für Fitte
Gute Lage mit Anbindung ÖV und viele Läden. 85 Stufen bis zur Maisonette. Engste Wendel-Stiege zum Bad und Leiter zum Hochbett. Insgesamt sauber; hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Man kann selber kochen u das Umfeld ist ruhig. Gratis Parkplätze gibts (noch) hinter der Brücke.
