Nice room and hotel, access convoluted by doors.
Check in was good, and whilst room was very good, it lacked kettle, coffee etc until requested. Access via lift and numerous doors was convoluted and not user friendly. Cleaning was average, particularly on weekends.

Despite my attempts to address my concerns calmly and respectfully, I was met with resistance and hostility.
