The apartment is overlooking the canals of New Venice and is in a unique idyllic green location in Berlin Kƶpenick-Rhansdorf.
The loft-like living area is equipped with a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a dining area and an LCD TV 55 ", relaxation bed, gallery bed, fireplace, stereo, large sun terrace opposite the canals of New Venice.Ā 
The bathroom goes directly from the living area. Ā  Ā Ā Ā 

The bedroom is furnished with a large wardrobe, a large double bed and comfortable seating. Here is a 2nd Bathroom with walk-in shower.

Ā Second Bedrooms with up to 2 sleeping possibilities can be arranged directly opposite 1 on request. Bedrooms are made available for ā‚¬ 19 up to and including 7 days ā‚¬ 9 over 7 days or from 12 days free.

Our quiet family-friendly guesthouse also makes a longer stay a pleasant experience. Ā Ā 
The residential area is quietly located by the water and forest on the outskirts of Berlin and has an excellent infrastructure. The S3 or RE1, easily accessible by bus, allow you to reach almost all important places in Berlin and Potsdam without changing trains.

Good location, close to forest and bush walks, 12 minute walk to bus station and short bus ride to Rahnsdorf train station. About 35 minutes train ride to Hauptbahnhof Central. 15 minutes walk to small shopping centre, with two supermarkets, pub with good meals and two other restaurants. Facilities generally OK, good TV services and wifi. No dishwasher. Suitable for couple and two children or two couples. Third "bedroom" above kitchen has very low ceiling and too hot when the fire is on for heating. Owner lives above, so there was occasional noise but not too intrusive. Worst aspect was the bore water - unpleasant to drink. We ended up buying bottled water from the nearby supermarket. Bottled water prices are surprisingly cheap there, with bottle return deposit.

Terrible- never again!
False listing Information or purposefully not given until you see at arrival. We have stayed in several houses on or Germany trip- and by far this is the WORST house! I am a native GERMAN and was embarrassed by the quality, hospitality and cleanliness. Important: Read previous reviews carefully about water quality, cleanliness and equipment available and terrible beds etc. ALL true!! At arrival- 5 pm- the property was not ready! We had to wait to get access. It is clearly a property for profit only- there are at least 4 different tenants on the same lot! A permanent tenant right next door in same building plus owners live upstairs! Another bungalow on the lot with tenants as well! All using small yard together. No privacy! This property uses the same shared entrance with owners- doors and walls ā€œself- installedā€ thin plywood!!! You hear owners arguing upstairs, every toilet flush and doors closing etc. The beds are terrible mattresses- soft, uncomfortable and worn down! The couch is broken. It states that it is wheelchair accessible- not at all! Stairs, steps, bumps, gaps throughout the house inside and to patio or front door! It states that it has a washing machine and dryer- NO dryer! I was told not to use the washing machine- as the septic tank was full! The washing machine is in the entry area- and a community machine used by ALL! I canā€™t even start to tell you about the awful smell throughout the house - the septic tank is right in front of the ONLY bedroom window! With every shower, toilet flush the tank was fuller, smellier and it was not emptied until 3 days later!! Now letā€™s get started about the water- the water quality is terrible- smells like you shower with rotten eggs- you canā€™t brush teeth with it or cook coffee, no do you want to shower with it! The owner will tell you it is fine to use, but it is unbearable even with his so told ā€newerā€ drilled well. The property has clean city water access- but owner refuses to pay for water access! The apartment is not well equipped- as an example we had 4 forks, 5 knives, or basic usually given sugar, pepper or salt shaker not available for use! There is a BBQ to use- but every lighter/ match even BBQ tools are by owners response ā€tenants responsibilityā€, which means you need to pack your own lighter, thongs and spatulas! Ridiculous! Owner promised a 2 seater kayak- but was never made available to us. Beds in loft UNSAFE for kids. Owner Is confrontational.. And more

Lage hervorragend fĆ¼r Paddeltouren und zum Entspannen
Die Wohnung ist gut zu erreichen, nahe zu Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten und groƟ, so dass wir an den leider einigen Regentagen genug Platz hatten. Nach Berlin sind es mit dem Auto ca. 1h Fahrt. Vermutlich mit der S-Bahn sinnvoller als unsere Fahrten mit dem Auto. Mit den vom Vermieter bereitgestellten Kajaks sind wir gerne und oft gefahren. Optimal, da man die Gegend zu FuƟ nur bedingt erkunden kann, denn man kommt sonst nicht ans Wasser und sieht die hĆ¼bschen GƤrten und HƤuser nicht. In der Wohnung war es etwas muffig, was mit am Regenwetter lag aber auch an dem eisenhaltigen Brunnenwasser liegen kƶnnte.

Nichts fĆ¼r Familien mit Kindern und zwei Autos
Der Empfang hat gleich mit einem Verbot begonnen. Das zweite Auto sollte 900 m weiter geparkt werden. Die ErklƤrung ist nicht zu verstehen, zumal das eine ƶffentliche StraƟe ist. Dann der Hinweis sich doch nicht zu bescheren, wenn etwas nicht ganz sauber ist. Damit hatten wir auch nicht so das Problem. Die Umgebung ist ja sehr schƶn, aber die Menschen sind sehr aggressiv. Beleidigung meiner Tochter und meines Enkelkindes miteingeschlossen. Kinderfreundlich stand in der Beschreibung. Unsere kleine Enkeltochter hatte mal ein Aussetzer gehabt. Prompt kam die Mitteilung, ob das nochmal vorkommt. Nur von Vermieter, nicht von den anderen GƤsten. Da ich mich bei den anderen GƤsten entschuldigt hatte und sie davon nichts wusten. Insgesamt machte die Einrichtung den Eindruck einer Heimwerkerferienwohnung. Es wirkte alle Primitiv und zusammengeschustert. Das Bad so klein fĆ¼r 6 Personen, der Waschtisch ebenfalls mit abgeschlagenen Ecken, die Matratzen ausgelegen, die Steckdosen und Schalter, da wo man sie nicht brauch, kein Sicherheitsschloss in der TĆ¼r. Wenn man fĆ¼r 6 Personen ausschreibt, da sollten auch 6 StĆ¼hle im Wohnbereich stehen. Insgesamt hatte wir uns trotz schƶnen Gartens und Kanu hier nicht wohngefĆ¼hlt und fĆ¼llten uns nicht willkommen, sodass wir einen Tag frĆ¼her angereist sind. Fazit: Preis Leistung war hier nicht akzeptabel, da hilft auch kein locken mit Amazon Prime usw. FĆ¼r uns nicht empfehlenswert.

Schicke Wohnung mit einigen MƤngeln
- WasserqualitƤt gewƶhnungsbedĆ¼rftig (zum Trinken & ZƤhneputzen haben wir Flaschenwasser gekauft) - Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen - v.a. in den Ecken und an den Lampen sehr viele Spinnweben - kein zweites Bad wie im Inserat angegeben - wenig PrivatsphƤre, da auf dem GrundstĆ¼ck noch 3 weitere UnterkĆ¼nfte vom selben Anbieter (wohnt oben drĆ¼ber) vermietet werden. Garten wird gemeinsam genutzt - von 6 verfĆ¼gbaren FahrrƤdern waren leider nur 2 verkehrstĆ¼chtig - sehr hellhƶriges Haus - WLAN hatte Aussetzer + groƟer Wohnbereich + groƟes Schlafzimmer + sehr schƶne Einrichtung + Amazon Prime/Netflix Zugang + Garten direkt am Kanal + ruhige Wohngegend + 10 min zu FuƟ zur nƤchsten Bushaltestelle + Vermieter immer erreichbar

Schƶnes Appartment in Neu-Venediger Villa
Alles in allem ein schƶnes Objekt. Durch die vielen Schlafmƶglichkeiten kƶnnen auch mehrere Leute gut unterkommen. Vieles ist Marke Eigenbau; manches noch nicht ganz bis 100% fertig. Die Matratzen hƤtten fĆ¼r uns bequemer sein kƶnnen, aber vielleicht lag das auch an unseren "Ɯ-40-Knochen". Auf dem GrundstĆ¼ck befindet sich noch eine weitere FerienhĆ¼tte, die gleichzeitig vermietet wurde. Wir haben uns gut mit den Nachbarn verstanden. Wer aber allein sein mƶchte, sollte besser darauf auf der Site darauf hingewiesen werden, dass der Garten fĆ¼r die Allgemeinheit gedacht ist und RĆ¼cksicht genommen werden soll. Wir fĆ¼hlten uns etwas eingebremst. Dass es keine SpĆ¼lmaschine in der Ausstattung gab, war ein Manko fĆ¼r uns als 6-kƶpfige Familie. Die KĆ¼chenausrĆ¼stung war fĆ¼r sechs Leute abgezƤhlt und recht knapp. Dadurch hatten wir bis spƤt abends "Haushaltsarbeit" zu tun, das war schade. Vielleicht ist aber in Planung, dass hier noch nachgerĆ¼stet wird. Im GroƟen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt aber in Ordnung.

Wir waren Ć¼ber Pfingsten hier zu Gast und haben die Auszeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schƶn eingerichtet und der Garten ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder. Der KĆ¼hlschrank ist leider etwas klein wenn man sich komplett selbst versorgt und ein paar Messer und Gabeln mehr wƤren perfekt aber sonst war alles super. Vielen lieben Dank!

Die Bilder geben einen anderen Eindruck, als es tatsƤchlich ist .An die Aufteilung der RƤume muƟ man sich erst mal gewƶhnen. Die WƤnde sehr dĆ¼nn, TĆ¼rrahmen aus Spannplatten, ein Bett Ć¼ber die spƤrlich eingerichtete KĆ¼che. Das aller schlimmste ist aber der Wassergeruch. Wir sind immer zu unsere in Berlin lebende Tochter, duschen gegangen. Zum GlĆ¼ck hatten wir diese Mƶglichkeit.

Schƶne Wohnung, schƶne Lage, aber falsche Angaben
Die Wohnung ist sehr schƶn, der Vermieter freundlich, aber leider gab es entgegen der Angaben in der Beschreibung nur ein Schlafzimmer. Die anderen beiden Betten stehen im Koch-und Wohnbereich. Ƅrgerlich ist auch, dass in der Beschreibung nichts von den ƜbernachtungsgebĆ¼hren und den LeihgebĆ¼hren fĆ¼r FahrrƤder und Kajaks steht. AuƟerdem ist die Wohnung sehr hellhƶrig, man hƶrt die Famillie des Besitzers und die FeriengƤste nebenan.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage am Rand von Berlin. Bis in die City benƶtigt man mit dem Auto - je nach Verkehrslage und Reiseziel - zwischen 45 Minuten und 60 Minuten. Unseren Urlaub in Rahnsdorf haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemĆ¼tlich eingerichtet. Die hilfreichen Tipps des Vermieters zur Freizeitgestaltung mit Kindern haben wir gerne angenommen. Vielen Dank dafĆ¼r. Es war eine schƶne Zeit.
