I had a deeply disappointing experience with the management regarding the 50 EUR security deposit charged to my credit card. This amount was supposed to be refunded, but months later, it remains unreturned. Attempts to resolve the issue have been frustratingly unproductive, as the team refuses to engage properly with my credit card dispute claims team. The lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable for a brand of this stature. I expected professionalism and prompt resolution, but instead, Iā€™ve been left chasing my own money. I wonā€™t be staying here again, and I canā€™t recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.

I had a wonderful time in a clean and comfortable hotel. The location is excellent for touring Berlin. The restaurant is expensive but expected, given that this hotel is lovely. I had breakfast one morning, and this was excellent.

Excellent hotel but the dinning room staff are very racist and impolite. They treated me like garbage. But the reception employees are wonderful. The hotel and the room were excellent. Just be careful with your dinning staff and try to train them better.

Wake-up Ready for Your Day in Berlin
Loved the Westin! The rooms where clean, the beds very comfy, the bathroom was great, and the amentities made staying there easy. In terms of price, I have stayed in much, much worse for more money. If you can swing the extra cost, I would recommend it as you will wake up feeling ready for your day in Berlin!
