WATCH OUT RUDE STAFF AND HIS UNREMOVABLE STICKERS
I have always chosen Hilton hotels for their spacious, clean, and pet-friendly rooms. During my recent stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Bethesda Washington DC. I parked in an empty van-only area. The next day, I found a non-removable sticker on my car’s driver-side window, blocking my view and creating a safety hazard. I was in a rush to an appointment, and this obstruction created a significant safety hazard. When I approached the front desk to address this issue, the staff member, who claimed to be the manager of the hotel, was extremely rude and dismissive. He claimed that he had the right to place the sticker on my vehicle due to my parking in the wrong area and showed no concern for the safety issue or the inconvenience it caused me. It was only after I expressed my intention to file a personal lawsuit that he reluctantly followed me to my car and removed the sticker, still without offering an apology. I wouldn't be writing this if a simple note had been placed under the wiper or if I had received a phone call. The lack of professionalism here was shocking compared to the excellent service at other Hilton suites. Very disappointed.
