Baita confusão no check in, não encontravam meu cadastro, cobraram duplicado a estadia, não conseguiram fazer o estorno no mesmo dia, enfim... Aparentemente o pessoal da recepção é bem júnior, falta treinamento, enfim... Quase 1h na recepção para fazer o check in, e ainda fui chamado umas três vezes para finalizar o cadastro, que foi fechado errado.
