High standing villa, built in 2003 composed of a huge 73 m2 living room with large 60 "flat screen TV, facing south with large bay windows and view of the pool, an open kitchen of 16 m2 fully equipped with American fridge, gas cooking piano, dishwasher, wine cellar.

The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, including a master suite with open bathroom fitted with a round Jacuzzi Style bath, an Italian shower and a toilet.
A room used as laundry with a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron.

Side garden, you will find a magnificent tiled swimming pool of 12M X 6M of terraces, a pool-house of 40 M2 with a large counter, a huge barbecue, and an American fridge.

The house is fully air conditioned.

Maison et draps très propres, très bon matelas, la maison et son équipement sont conformes aux photos, mention spéciale à l‘immense piscine et au pool bar. Boulangerie à 5 minutes à pied., assez proche du centre de Béziers, plage à 15 minutes en voiture.

Belle maison très spacieuse avec grand piscine. Très bien située proche du centre de Béziers mais au calme. Très bonne literie. Les équipements de cuisine pourraient être améliorés. Une plancha dans le cuisine extérieure serait un vrai plus.

Dejligt hus i roligt område
Kæmpestort hus med skøn pool og udekøkken i dejlig, opvokset have. Masser af plads og privatliv. Området er roligt og uden støj. Der er indkøb i nærheden og 2,5 km ind til den gamle by og restauranter m.m. - en fin halv times gåtur. Udlejer er venlig og hurtig til at svare.

Fijne woning om Beziers en omgeving te verkennen.
Positief: airco in gehele woning; ruime slaapkamers; schoon beddengoed; mooie tuin met groot zwembad. Negatief: her en der in huis achterstallig onderhoud (water- en ijsdispender van koelkast is defect; onderste rek van vaatwasser loopt niet goed in de rail en als je deur van vaatwasser opent, valt plint op de grond; ophangsysteem van doucheslang bungelt aan los schroefje; etcetera). Slotopmerking: de woning ligt in een buitenwijk; auto is absoluut noodzakelijk.
