Great Location, it’s walkable to Bicester village down the main road. Great accommodation with nice comfortable room with clean shower room. Breakfast food was good. But sadly bad restaurant management. We arrived in the restaurant at 09:20am and the lady staff told us, there no more food because they closed at 09:30am?! She kind of telling us to go back to our room cuz the restaurant is closed at 09:30am. We managed to find empty tables inside and told her. I think they need to retrain their restaurant staff. Anyhow, overall this hotel is a good accommodation. We had a good stay!

Nice place. Easy to find.
I can’t really comment on the eco-friendliness of the place. I would have probably given it a five star had they not made me pay for parking. I can understand wanting you to register for parking however there was nothing around there that would make it necessary for them to require their paying customers to actually pay for parking. But I guess it’s all about making money these days.

Lovely Hotel with a warm welcome
Stayed at hotel for one night whilst visiting Bicester Village for shopping. Great location only a short drive away from lots of amenities and far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. On arrival and throughout we were greeted with a warm, friendly and very professional reception. All staff were were very nice. Car park is large with 5 spaces for EV charging and allocation for disabled parking. We were offered a selection of rooms on a preferred floor. We chose a room on the top floor which was immaculately clean and very spacious with everything you might need and a huge bed. Breakfast is complimentary for all guests which has lots of choice. English and continental. We would definitely satay here again when visiting Bicester

Perfect overnight stop over
Primarily, we needed a place in the area with late check-in and this was the main reason for picking the Holiday Inn. We arrived after midnight and were politely greeted at reception and told that food was available from the 24hr bar. This was a huge bonus as we were absolutely starving after a late night departure from the ferry into Portsmouth from Santander. The room was clean and comfortable and although the air system didn't seem to be operational, there was an electric plug-in heater which did the job perfectly on a chilly night in late November. The shower was excellent as was the buffet breakfast. As a retired couple, we do a regular road trip between Yorkshire and Southern Spain and just wish we'd seen this place before. Whenever we have a late ferry, this place will be the first candidate on the list for a stop over.
