The hotel is in excellent condition, and very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is much better than average. Our only complaint is the lack of an elevator, but the staff helped us with our suitcases.

Es war nicht sonderlich sauber und das Bett war sehr weich. Mit dem LƤrm der StraƟenbahn war zu rechnen, deshalb war dies nicht stƶrend.

Wir hatten zunƤchst die BefĆ¼rchtung es kƶnne laut sein, weil das Hotel an einer S-Bahn-Linie und in der NƤhe einer grĆ¶ĆŸeren StraƟe liegt. Das war aber nicht der Fall, im Zimmer war nichts zu hƶren. Alles war sehr sauber, das Personal Ć¼beraus freundlich. Das Hotel ist auch fĆ¼r Radreisende zu empfehlen: i) Liegt nahe an einem schƶnen Radweg der nach Bielefeld hinein fĆ¼hrt, ii) RƤder wurden sicher im Hotel untergebracht, iii) mit der S-Bahn ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt.

Die Betten waren sehr unbequem. Die Matratzen waren sehr alt und benutzt. Man hat praktisch fast am Lattenrost gelegen. Es gab keinen KĆ¼hlschrank und auch keinen Fƶn.

Simple Ausstattung, aber sauber gute Anbindung zum ƶffentlichen Nahverkehr. Auch mit Auto gut zu erreichen.

Eigentlich wƤre aus dem Hotel etwas zu machen, aber es scheint dafĆ¼r an Interesse zu mangeln. Check In mit einem vorher per SMS zugesandten Code ist eigentlich kein Problem. HƤtten wir nicht zufƤllig vorher den Betreiber des Hotels getroffen, hƤtten wir den ZimmerschlĆ¼ssel nie gefunden. Dieser hing an einer "Info-Tafel" an der Wand in dem total dunklen Hausflur. Dass HandtĆ¼cher im Zimmer fehlten haben wir leider erst bemerkt, als sich einer von uns beiden nach dem Duschen abtrocknen wollte - kann ja mal passieren. Aber ein Gutes hatte der Vorfall - so bekamen wir dann auch, als uns die HandtĆ¼cher gebracht wurden, die Infos wo und wann wir frĆ¼hstĆ¼cken kƶnnen am nƤchsten Tag. Der Selbstbedienungsservice setzte sich beim FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck fort. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck an sich war ok. Die zustƤndige Servicekraft sahen wir beim Eintreten in den FrĆ¼hstĆ¼cksraum ganz kurz - wischmoppschwingend - und dann war sie verschwunden. Wir trinken zum FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck gerne MilchcafĆ© - also Servicekraft suchen war angesagt - das hat nach 10 Min auch geklappt, und wir konnten unseren Wunsch nach heiƟer Milch ƤuƟern....und dann kam - ein groƟes Glas!! Milch, die wahrscheinlich 10 Sek. durch die Mikrowelle geflitzt war - also eher kalt als lauwarm.Naja - jetzt hatten wir auch verstanden, warum auf den Toschen keine Tischdecken waren.... denn aus einem groƟen Glas Milch in eine kleine Tasse zu gieƟen - geht nicht ohne groƟflƤchig zu kleckern!!Es passt einfach alles - ein rundes Paket fĆ¼r -Keinservice- fĆ¼r 85ā‚¬-schade!
