no hot water
When we arrived we were told there would be no hot water in the shower because the knob was broken. A shower is kind of an essential part of a place to stay. Other than that it was adequate.

Great little cabin
This cabin was perfect for the 3 of us. Great location just one block from Big Bear Blvd, a few minutes away to the Village. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The plus for us was the jacuzzi after a long day in the sun and plenty of walking the jacuzzi was a great way of winding down in the evening.

Very clean except for the front porch and deck, needs a bit more tlc on exterior. Photos show a TV, yet out of order, should be replaced or taken down. All and all we enjoyed our stay here and appreciate it being dog friendly.

The cabin was nice. It was a bit dirty (mostly due to pollin) The location was nice and decent space for activities or just relaxing. The TV didn't work at all. The fridge also didn't really cool. Otherwise love it and good place to stay at Big Bear

Perfect for what we needed
Check in and check out were super easy and Maryann was very helpful with providing details before we even got there. The tv didn’t work however we were informed of that prior to arriving so we were able to bring a tablet just in case. We ended up not even needing it though just because of the events during the day and then we came back and we played board games (provided) and sat by the fire. The location of the house was great because we were still close enough to go do a lot and the quiet neighbor helped keep our dog from barking too much at random noises. All in all would love to stay again!

Wonderful, cozy property! We can't wait to return!
Maryann was a gracious host and very responsive to our questions. The property itself was just as described, cozy and warm with plenty of towels, paper towels, kitchen supplies and overall very well maintained. The hot tub was hot and clean. The front door has easy access from the driveway. We were close to the slopes and very happy with the location. We are planning to return to catch the last bit of spring skiing. Just perfect for us and our family!

Great house but not very clean
The house is beautiful, but there were quite a lot of spider webs and the hot tub was unfortunately so dirty that we couldn’t use it… water was green, a ball of hair was floating around and there was brown dirt on the walls, such a shame as part of the reason why we booked the house was because of the hot tub

Magical Vacation
We had the most magical experience at this location. They had everything we needed. It snowed while we were there which made the whole experience fabulous! Great sled runs in the back yard and lots of space for kids to play in the snow in the backyard and the front. It was the perfect place to be stuck in the snow. Everything in the house worked perfectly and it had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and quick to respond as well. Fantastic vacation!

Great Cabin and Owners
I found this cabin on vrbo because they allow dogs (and it’s a nice place). The owners do an outstanding job of communicating with you and send you a detailed list of instructions. This was my families first time renting a cabin it was a great experience, we highly recommend this cabin and the owners are always a text away if you need anything or have any questions or concerns. We will be back thank you.

New Year Family Vacation
This property was perfect for our 4 person family. The owner was quickly responsive and the house had everything you needed. My husband wanted a fireplace, the kids and I wanted a space for sledding. All was available! We had a wonderful NYE here, and New Year’s Day snowed all day. Plenty of space for kids to play! Also had a spa already heated and ready for warmth! Just the right things you need for a perfect vacay out of the city!

Property located away from hustle and bustle of big bear traffic. Located more where the locals reside. Very quaint and peaceful. I will be definitely be scheduling another visit. Caught it just right one day after first snow fall.
