Enjoy the serenity of your own 150+ feet of Swan River frontage while admiring the breathtakingly beautiful panoramic Swan Mountain views. This fantastic location allows you to be five miles away from the artisan village of Bigfork and Flathead Lake. Other must-visit attractions you can find nearby include Swan Lake, Glacier National Park, Whitefish Resort, Blacktail Ski Resort, Jewel Basin Hiking area, and the Bob Marshall Wilderness. For winter guests, the Bigfork Community Nordic Ski (and Snowshoe) trails are just five miles away.
This riverfront beauty boasts an extensive back deck where you can host summertime cookouts using the grill and dine alfresco with a gorgeous backdrop. From here, access the lush lawn that stretches right up the river - a private dock will be waiting for you, so don't hesitate to enjoy a refreshing dip in the river in the summer. Kayaking is allowed as well as fishing off the dock for northern pike and rainbow trout. Two kayaks and life jackets are provided! Some of the best fishing can be found along this section of the river. Challenge your friends and family to a game with frisbees, footballs, and other provided outdoor equipment.
Wintertime visitors can cozy up by the gas fireplace in the living room. This area has been furnished with the most comfortable sofas to provide you with a fantastic gathering spot - curl up with your favorite blanket and enjoy an entertaining conversation with your family and friends, or plan your next adventures. If you are in the mood to watch TV and catch up with your favorite series, the media room awaits. It features a cozy carpeted floor with a beautiful sectional, plenty of natural light, games and puzzles (dominoes, cribbage, Life, Bananagrams, Jenga), and a smart TV with streaming services. A designated laundry room with a washer/dryer and a full-size fridge is attached to this room.
When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and surprise your family and friends with delicious culinary masterpieces prepared in the splendid, fully-equipped kitchen. This kitchen is the perfect mix between modernity and rustic charm with stainless steel appliances and exquisite wooden accents and cabinets. Some of the appliances you can find here include a slow cooker, Dutch oven, turkey roasting pan with turkey rack, coffee grinder and coffee maker, and Ninja blender. The dark wood room has a height-adjustable desk with a view out on the river should you need to work or study remotely - this spot has been specifically created to offer a place away from everything so working guests can be productive and undisturbed while enjoying the view.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is a surveillance camera located to the left of the front door, pointed at the driveway. And another camera is located on the backside of the home on the right corner.
Dock details: This dock may only be used for tying up kayaks, canoes, or non-motorized boats. The dock is 41' long with a 2' x 30' walkway leading to a 10' x 10' platform. The water is about 10' deep at the platform.
