Beautiful hotel with easy walking access to the highlights of Bilbao. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had!! Everything fresh, including fresh squeezed orange juice. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is our room smelled like cigarette smoke.

We chose this hotel cause of the available on-site parking. Just make sure you got a small rental car as the basement parking lot is pretty tight. Reception staffs were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy for our 2 night stay. There’s also good choices for eating and supermarkets in close proximity.

Lovely superior room in a really great location, walkable to all the sites inside 15 mins (stadium, old town, Guggenheim etc). Onsite parking isn't cheap but ideal if you are hiring a car. The staff were superb and really helpful. The pool area isn't as great as the photos suggest, it's very small with very limited seating.
