Bed was not on the frame and fell down when my husband lay on it. Window sill had many dead bugs, not from just night before. Trash cans in breakfast room were disgusting, with spills that were there for many days.

Not a chain hotel. Reminded me of a very upscale hotel with the very open and large reception area and the glass elevator. Our room was on the 7th floor and had a decent view. Best continental breakfast of any hotel Iā€™ve been in. Plus the price was very reasonable. We would stay here again!

Comfortable beds it was pretty clean. Do not like that there was a porn shop nearby and one elevator was broken and a fountain wasn't working but the treadmill was good and staff was nice and friendly so overall a nice stay we would come back.

While I didnt actually stay here the staff at the front was super nice and understanding. We were travellimg through on three day driving trip and I booked through Expedia and I was ripped off by Expedia and if I had gone syraight to the hotel in the beginning they probably would have been more helpful. Definitely learned my lesson. The friendly staff was the sellimg point because evn if I was tired and frustrated they didnt lose their temper with me which I very much appreciate.

Stayed here just because I needed a place to sleep. The parking lot was sketchy, people who werenā€™t staying there wandering around, dirty and there was no grass for dogs. What there was for non paved areas was covered in trash. The day we left the elevator was out of order, fun carrying your luggage down from the 6th floor, with a dog. At least it worked the night before when we were going up.

Stayed in the executive suite. The bed was great, the pillows were amazing and I was tempted to ask where they got them so I could get one like it. The jetted bath was amazing but the drain was nearly clogged and didnā€™t drain very fast. Could fit 2 in the bath easily, lots of space.
