Enter the home through the door on the side of the house, right off the driveway. Head down the stairs and find yourself in the laundry room/entree to your apartment. Both the exterior and interior door are private and are equipped with keypad lock.

This is a basement apartment. It is remodeled and very fresh feeling. There is also a unit in the upstairs of the home. The laundry room, located in the basement, is a shared area for both units. Though the laundry room is shared, both apartments have their own private locked entrances, which are totally separate from one another and secure.
