Only one block to the heart of the downtown shopping/restaurant district, Bottlebrush on Bowen is a beautiful, meticulously maintained three-bedroom property within easy walking distance to historic downtown Ocean Springs, and less than a mile to beautiful Front Beach.

Newly remodeled with all the amenities you need, Bottlebrush on Bowen is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family.

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, impeccably decorated space with hardwood floors throughout and all the conveniences of home. Bottlebrush on Bowen features a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble counters. The custom cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your meals.

In the large dining area accented by chandelier lighting and decorated with elegant works of art by New Orleans artist Billy Solitario, the marble table is perfect for romantic dinners, and the large marble floating kitchen island offers additional dining space that kids love.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of space for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen TV with Cable and provides an extra place to sleep if needed.

In the Master Bedroom you will find a luxurious, memory foam King bed, a huge walk-in closet, and the private bathroom features his and her vanities, an elegant walk-in shower, as well as a large tub (we are waiting on a part to fix the jets, so it is only a standard bathtub, not jacuzzi). Bottlebrush on Bowen has an on-demand tankless hot water heater, so no worries about having to wait for hot water if you have larger groups or like to take long hot showers.

The two guest bedrooms have a queen-size bed and a double. All have flat-screen TVs with cable.

A covered porch in the back of the home is surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. A grill is available for cooking out, and there are bikes available for guest use to explore the area.

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

Amazing pre Christmas "girls" trip with family (sister, daughter, and daughter-in-law)
We really love the set up of Bottlebrush on Bowen. Close to restaurants and shops downtown. (We are Walter Anderson fans and bought artwork by his grandson) We had an incredible experience while walking out to pier on last morning of our visit. A pelican was trapped by tangled fishing line near rock jetty. My sister and two small boys riding bicycles were able cut the fishng line and the freed pelican flew away!

Awesome house
We stayed here to be centrally located for our daughterā€™s wedding in Ocean Springs and this home did not disappoint! Inside and out was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard! We ended up renting the golf cart for a little local errand running and it was a welcome treat. Furniture was comfortable, kitchen was amazing, wonderful place to stay.

Great location of this home to shopping and restaurants in downtown Ocean Springs. The home is lovely and my parents really enjoyed their stay. They especially appreciated the use of a golf cart for getting around to see the beach etc.

Great house thatā€™s really close to downtown!!!
We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. The house is always clean and communication with the owner is easy. So close to downtown and the golf cart is great. Not far from front beach so you can enjoy the pier and the beach!!

We stayed for a week in this lovely cottage and were highly satisfied. The interior is beautiful and the garden is a wonderful spot for breakfast. The screened porch was a much used and valued space with electrical outlets. We enjoyed hummingbirds and other songbirds during the entire week. Everything we needed inside was available for our stay. The extremely close proximity to the adorable town was a bonus, as well the quick access to lovely Front Beach, which we used every morning since it was virtually empty except for us. :-) The manager, Chris, was attentive and quick to respond to any communication.

House is very cute, roomy, and in an excellent location. The kitchen is well equipped, if you like to cook. The master bath has a tub, shower, and lots of built ins which is great for storage. I would rate it an overall 4 star due to the amount of money we spent, I expected a more comfortable mattress. It was very firm with no pillow top. We are older so those things were important to us. Overall, we enjoyed our time there very much and hope to return in the future.

Wonderful location!! The house is just perfect, well stocked, we loved the layout, decor, front porch (the neighbors were so friendly!!), the screened in back porch and patio area are awesome!! The long driveway was perfect for parking too. Shopping and many restaurants are within walking distance, but we highly recommend the optional golf cart rental. Chris, the property manager, is awesome!! We have stayed in several rentals in Ocean Springs through the years and this is our FAVORITE ~ looking forward to returning soon!! Making memories with the grandchildren, priceless!!

The home is in the heart of downtown Ocean Springs. Walking distance to everything. Second bathroom is tiny but we didn't mind sharing the primary bathroom if need to. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit

Great Ocean Springs Getaway
This property is truly right in the middle of everything in Ocean Springs. We were able to walk everywhere without any issues. The beds were all super comfortable, and we used the kitchen appliances several times without issue. The water in Ocean Springs is very hard, but the filtered water faucet in the kitchen and the refrigerator were pleasant surprises and we used them often. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Great location but needs updating
The location was wonderful as you can walk right into Ocean Springs in a matter of minutes and the beach is a 5 minute drive or longer walk. The unit has plenty of space but the bathrooms need updating. The master is large but the second bathroom is tiny. The yard is fabulous and nice to sit out. The grill was nasty and had not been cleaned in quite a while so we did not use it. There is a television in every room and out on the porch. Great place for a couple with kids, but multiple adults may have a challenge with the spare bathroom.

The property is accurately listed, very convenient location, clean and well equipped. The host was available with quick responses to our inquiries. The only issue was there wasnā€™t a pod type coffee machine, since we brought a variety of pods, we went to Walmart and purchased one. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Ocean Springs is a wonderful place to visit . Good food and good shopping and nice folks. Not crazy!! The location is a good hub to venture out to other sites and sounds. Already planning another visit in the spring. The host, Chris, is very responsive to text or phone call. You donā€™t have to wait for answers to your questions.

Lovely house and yard!
We enjoyed our stay at this house. We traveled with two kids, who enjoyed having their own rooms, and a dog, who loved the fenced yard. The property was clean and well appointed. The communication with Chris was excellent. Itā€™s a block to Government St, with all the restaurants and bars. We walked everywhere, although if we were there during warmer months, the golf cart would be nice to go to the beach. I also appreciated the short checkout list that didnā€™t have us starting laundry or dishes, or stripping beds, etc.
