While the property could use some updating, We did still have a peaceful visit. This is my 2nd time staying there. The first time I was solo female traveler and felt generally safe. It was a weekday visit though and not a weekend and that sometimes makes a huge difference.

Terrible stay
The room wasnt clean. The fire alarm went off 7 times!! We called the office and the best answer they could give us was "take the batteries out". When we first showed up the office worker was very rude to us. The towel in the bathroom was dirty, it had black spots and hair on it. Wouldnt recommend this place, the sheets wouldnt even stay on the bed.

We always stay at Star Inn, they redone the rooms, and put in new bathtub and shower, pained, and put some tile on the shower wall. Painted the room and bathroom. Going to need some new mattress too.

Don’t like the $20 cash deposit a lot of CD people in the parking lot just at this one particular spot or hotel. The area is great right across the street from the beach and overall it’s pretty good.

The owners, especially the lady, could not have been any nicer. The location is ideal for families. The rooms are adequate for the price. The pool is nice. I will definitely stay with Star Inn again.

Upon arrival I went to ask about a potential early check in and was rudely told 3:00p.m. We left and wasted the 40 mins left before check in. Checked in at 3:20 and room beds weren't made!! They need to update the mattresses/pillows. But my room had baby roaches crawling up the wall. Other price this property lacks a lot to be desired.

The room was dirty had build up dirt on the wall and the thing that hold the iron room was coverd in dust and had mold in the restroom the tables had a lot of dust
