Negativ: Kaffeemaschine zum Teil defekt, Schimmel in Fugen in einem Badezimmer. Positiv: viel Platz, Lage gut für Radtouren nach Maastricht oder in den Nationalpark Hoege-Kempen.

Heerlijk royaal huis met veel ruimte buiten en meerdere mogelijkheden voor ontspanning en plezier (sauna, speelkelder, open haard, groot terras en tuin). Voorzieningen zijn in voldoende mate aanwezig.
