This ground floor flat is quirky and comfortable. Ideal for those visiting the area or working nearby. It has all you need for a comfortable stay and a little bit more. Enclosed garden and patio area out back too. Step free access for those who can't do stairs is also a bonus.

It's charming three bedroom apartment which is part of a building that was built in 1929.
It has two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, a kitchen/lounge area and a separate dining nook. kitchen is fully equipped.

It is very close to the Yardley Wood train station, which will take you into Birmingham, or to Stratford. It is also opposite a bus stop which goes into Birmingham Town Centre.
We have decided to also make this property dog friendly. Free parking on site.
