Our stay was comfortable, staff was friendly. Few things that could be bettered are firstly the bathrooms don’t have locks which is extremely inconvenient especially if you’re travelling with kids. Secondly the breakfast buffet could do with some more choices. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed in
Really comfortable room, comfortable beds, everything really clean. All staff, especially housekeepers, were fantastic and really friendly. Bar staff were lovely too. Breakfast was really good. Shower nice and hot, towels were huge and really soft. Room was so quiet and peaceful. I've stayed at this hotel a few times already and it's one of the best I've ever stayed in, it's a bit out the way of the city but it's worth it. I'll stay here every time I visit Birmingham if I can help it haha.
