Just returned from a 2night stay, Brilliant, made to feel very welcome from start vicky is a amazing host, nothing to much trouble, room was spotless and huge, coffee and tea ect plenty full with fresh milk in a fridge provided. Breakfast one of the best I've had at any hotel, never seen so many choices on offer of spreads, plus cereal fresh fruit Full English we will definitely go back there when we're up that way, Thank you Vicky and hubby

Ideal place to stay
Lovely clean modern guesthouse lots of nice touches in the room, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits plus some squash sachets which were welcome. Will definitely stay again if I need to visit Birmingham or the NEC. Landlady very pleasant and friendly too.

All round excellent!
Everything was excellent. Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of hot water and a great breakfast choice. Host was charming and the milk in the fridge on arrival was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Easy to find and close to the amenities, incl Birmingham Airport and NEC. Loved the decor of my 'Zebra room', with comfy beds and plenty of pillows! A very welcoming and approachable host, who made you feel that nothing was any trouble. A great choice for breakfast as well as the thoughtfulness of decaffeinated drinks for in your room. We had a lovely warm welcome from Vicky on arrival. Our room overlooked the garden and we had a double bed each which were so comfortable I did not want to get out of it. The room had everything we needed for our stay including a lovely tea tray. Breakfast was wonderful especially the Barncroft special. There was a wide selection of cereals, yoghurts and delicious fresh raspberries and strawberries. Set up for the day we went to the NEC, which is only a five minute drive away.

We stayed there for two nights. While we were there we received a warm and welcoming service from when we arrived to when we left. The guest house was immaculately clean and well maintained. The breakfast were brilliant with a wide variety. We will definitely visit again.
