Unfortunately, on a 10.30 evening arrival there was no dinner service, no in room dining service, no water in rom, and the lift was broken. I would have also hoped for housekeeping based on a two night day. Not usually one to post a review but not the best experience unfortunately :(

For me, the friendliness of the Front Desk sets the tone for any visit. The gentleman on duty Tuesday night, was very proficient, helpful and extremely polite. After this the rest fell nicely in place
