The room was clean but stunk of a truly wretched odor. My friend and I think it was the chemical cleaner used on the floors because a fainter one like it was in the lobby and elevators. We asked if air could be freshened, but no. The TV was frustrating: no channel guide and remote had no numbers, so you had to click channel by channel. Second night it took at least ten minutes for any channel actually to kick in. I do not exaggerate. The breakfast room was overcrowded, too small for four floors of guest rooms. The food was just okay, the coffee not.

Steer Clear of First Floor
Based on other positive reviews we selected this hotel. Check in was the best part in that we arrived after midnight and the desk attendant was polite and checked us in quickly. Downhill after that. We were assigned a first floor room that was located directly in front of the breakfast room. Upon opening the door to the room we were overtaken by the smell of cigarette smoke. One of the persons in our party has asthma, so we reported it to the attendant but was only offered to have the room sprayed and that they had no other rooms available. We decided to keep the room rather than leave and not find another hotel. We slept about 4 hours until the banging of the breakfast room doors and the loud talking in the hallway outside of our door started at around 5:45 AM. This room shouldn’t be given to paying hotel guests. Ask for top floor away from lobby/breakfast room.

Accidentally booked for an extra night. Contacted Expedia immediately and Expedia called front desk at hotel. Front desk advised Expedia rep not to cancel my reservation bc rooms were limited and I may not be able to rebook. Chris from the hotel said he would note my reservation and I wouldn’t be charged for the extra night that I wasn’t staying. Upon check in, this was all confirmed. Upon check out, front desk “manager” Nicky would not agree to these terms and charged me for the extra night plus an “early checkout fee”. P.S. I have screenshots from the conversation with Expedia rep.

Great stay!
Loved our stay! Easy to find, plenty of parking, outside was clean and area was safe. The restaurant, Hamburger Heaven, is right in front of the hotel. Check in was fast and easy. Attendant was very polite. We stayed on the 4th floor…very quiet in the hall and on both sides of our room. Room had enough space for two. Lounge chair, desk with rolling chair, fridge, micro, etc. The bed and pillows were comfortable. No issues with the bathroom. Breakfast is your usual continental…bread, pastries, fruit, yogurt, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, coffee, juices, etc. There was plenty available when we ate. Thank you!
