Great staff

The service was great, the children were gifted colouring packs on arrival. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast service was amazing, i have coeliac disease and the staff in the morning talked me through everything that was safe to eat and had some items prepared in the kitchen and bought out which was great service. We plan to come back in the new year.

Excellent service for a family stay

Excellent from beginning to end. I stayed for two days with my family (2 adults and 3 children). We had two connecting rooms. Service staff were always so attentive and helpful. This was probably the best experience I had in a UK hotel - genuinely kind staff. Thank you to everyone at Crowne Plaza.

Great stay with family

Requested connecting rooms, as I was staying with my family. I had the rooms confirmed before arriving. The rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of pillows and towels for us all. There were even some drinks for the children, which was a lovely touch. Considering this is located in the city centre, there was no noise from outside! All the hotel staff were brilliant. Shout out to the staff at breakfast, who made our morning go smoothly! Parking was very convenient and easy to access from the hotel. Overall, great stay.
