I especially appreciate Ms. Bell, Ms. Magestic, and Ms. Lavonda for their hospitality and going above and beyond to ensure great customer satisfaction. I was traveling from out of state in a Uhaul and my large snake plant fell over causing soil to spill in the truck. Ms. Lavonda and maintenance were very accommodating and the maintenance manager swept out the truck for me. Then I absentmindedly left my jacket in the room, and Ms. Bell and Ms. Magestic coordinated the shipping of my jacket to my destination and it arrived the very next day! Not to mention the room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Perfect for our late check-in and overnight stay. I couldn’t be more impressed with Drury Inn & Suites and it’s wonderful staff in Birmingham. Thank you again for a caring and warm experience!

I always stay at Drury Inn & Suites when I get the chance. They're always clean, comfortable, and have an excellent staff. The fact that they always have the evening heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks after, nails this as my go to hotel. Also, the price is reasonable as well.

The room was incredibly clean. A bit of a noisy crowd downstairs. The drinks at the bar were lousy. Also, the room was very quiet. It was a comfortable bed and we slept all night.
