Guest were very loud in the hall. It could be due to the fact that the elevators were slow and our room so across from stairwell so some guest probably choose to take stairs instead of elevator. Hot dogs and buns at kick back were cold and stale but the employees serving and helping kickback were terrific! So very helpful. I always stay at this hotel cause they were so wonderful to our family while my father was dying in Grandview. The staff is very kind and goes out of thier way to make it as easy as possible

Descent place but housekeeping needs improvement
Overall stay was pretty good. Enjoyed the evening reception. Hot Breakfast was simple but met our needs daily. Our biggest complaint is housekeeping. While we were our house keeping “cleaned” our room but failed to change bedding that obviously needed to be changed. Housekeeping failed to pick up small trash (straw , piece of paper from) from floor. Countertops were not wiped during cleaning nor was Kleenex replaced. The cleaning was not good at all which makes me question the cleaning between guests.
