Loud outside noise sounded like a dumpster and train carts hitting each other. The room seemed clean but the hallways were not , dead bugs on the floor, the elevator was nasty and the breakfast was not up to part.

We traveled to Birmingham from chattanooga for a concert. This hotel was a couple miles away from the venue but it was clean, quiet and we felt safe in the downtown area. We would stay here again or recommend it.

This property is in close proximity to UAB Hospital, Kirklin Clinic, Children’s Hospital and other medical facilities. It was very clean and comfortable. The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. Other than rates are a little high for people staying there for medical appts, procedures and medical issues I don’t have a negative for the property.

Finally. I can share review of a great hotel stay at the Hilton. The desk manager Tiffina courteously and professional checked us in. Every employee, at least 5, we met greeted us like family. The hot breakfast was indeed a hot breakfast with plenty of choices. Room was clean, spacious. Lobby and property looked new, well decorated and modern. Only negative? Elevator certification was out of date. We will be happy to stay at this property going forward as our young, aspiring student/doctor attends UAB in the near future.
