We booked a suite. The room design or layout was horrible. We could not close or open the door completely as the King size bed was in the way. Who in the world puts a coat closet in the bedroom? For what? To make it much more inconvenient? The room/suite was overcrowded with too much unnecessary furniture. It would have made much more sense if you had a pull out sofa bed instead of all the unwanted seating. You need to rearrange the space to make it look spacious not like a space crammed with used furniture. Please make sensible choices. Breakfast area was highly disorganized and food options were miserable. No hot foods to choose from. No fruit choices other than some stale apples. Who in their right mind would have the time or energy while travelling to peel apples so that they do not consume the pesticide and wax infused peel?

2 miles from this motel are stores such as ross, chili's, hibachi grill, walmart, sams club, chick fil a, dollar tree, movie theatre etc. This property was not booked to its full capacity the week of Thanksgiving, so it was easy to find a parking spot. Our vehicle was safe during the night and not broken into. On entering our room on the 2nd floor we were pleased to see a clean room with no mold, mildew, weed, marijuana or cigarette odors. Our room contained 2 queen beds, a table, chair, television, instant coffee pot, microwave etc. Our kids watched youtube videos on the TV. At midnight it got so cold that we turned the heat on, but our room was not getting any warmer. Also, there was no hot water for a quick shower. Housekeeping came by every day. Towels and accessories were provided. Check out time was at 11 am. Breakfast was served from 6 to 9 am and included yogurt, boiled eggs, cereal, milk, apples, waffle, bagels, bread and coffee. We were disappointed that basic options such as bananas, pancakes, sausage or scrambled eggs that most motels offer were missing here. Front desk is across the breakfast area and run by Asians, so customer service was not their highest priority. it was visible that they cut corners at many places.

It’s was ant infested and filthy in this hotel! But he did tell me that my money would be refunded in five to seven business days! Yay me. I have to find somewhere else to sleep and drive more!
