Customer service was great! Nickolas took care of every request. Just wonderful! Rooms reserved were as close as possible and they all smelled great! My only complaint was the bed was not comfortable. Mt sisters asked why the heater wasn't comming on and they were told the heater is turned off in the summer. Other than that, this hotel was awesome!

Overall underwhelming
When we first arrived to the hotel, we were given a room and took our luggage up to the room. We walked in and the bed was unmade and there was trash in the room. I went back to the front desk and they gave us another room, we got to the new room and the door didn’t lock. At this point, we just did the loose latch and let it be so we didn’t have to move our luggage again. I turned on the AC and the unit was absolutely obnoxious and would cut on and off with a bang. The ceiling was also yellowing from being poorly repaired after water damage.

It’s not just this property, but all hotels’s cleanliness is sub par for some reason. Foot prints in the shower and had to get them to put more sheets on the bed because there was dried blood on the comforter. Staff was nice and apologized but subpar cleanliness has become the norm
