The rooms look like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, had dust all over the lamps. I only stayed for a night and I'm glad. Apart from that, the staff were very lovely

I had the pleasure of staying at the Moxy while attending a conference at the NEC. The location is ideal, after landing in Birminghan, I was at the hotel in minutes! The staff was friendly and service-oriented, and I highly recommend the Moxy!

Great stay at NEC
Great stay and location next to NEC where we were going. The staff were very friendly, free drink on arrival and bag drop space for pre check-in time. Modern room, comfy bed, lovely shower room with complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was very nice, plentiful and a great selection of everything hot and cold.

Perfect place to stay while visiting the NEC. Hotel was exceptionally clean with lots of great interior touches. Friendly staff. Breakfast was sit on. Car park is a little walk away but not a problem.

The hotel is fine, however parking is a huge problem. The allocated carpark is on the other side of the lake. Visiting the conference centre meant that in reality we had to carry bags along way to the hotel. The drop off time was next to useless. No shuttle buses either.

I asked to see Mr Moxy but he wasn’t available. I also asked for the £9.95 Premier Inn breakfast and to meet Lenny Henry but they told me I was at the wrong hotel. This was very very strange. Rooms all have beds, which is important and bathroom has hot and cold water and room has a window so this is good also. TV didn’t have any adult channels though which was bad. Boo. Shame.
