very good room, lots of space and comfortable. also had a fridge which i needed and is quite rare. location was right next to the venue we were attending so was walkable and lots of amenities nearby. didn't use the bar or restaurant but looked very cosy.

The hotel is very well placed, and very close to shopping, places of interest, pubs etc. Stayed there for a night with family, and was given a 2nd floor room. Room size was good. Check-in was fast, and staff were nice. Couldn't able to get a parking in the hotel as was full, but there is a big parking area very close to the hotel. But the sound proofing was bad for which we had lot of noise coming from outside considering it was a Saturday night and people were partying outside in pubs till late night. Also all noise from corridor was clearly audible in the room. so made us have a god sleep after 2am.

I have stayed at this hotel before which was an upgrade to my room last night. I felt on the 5th floor was clearly tired and in need of TLC both in the room and on the landing. My room had a cup that had been used on the bottom as an ashtray and had black and yellow burn marks. Just not he experience I had last time as the upgraded rooms are far better

The photos of the hotel on your website show a pool table - there is no pool table. They also show a sauna, but this odd only open for 1 hour in the evening - we were not informed of this at check in. The shower / bath mixer was broken

Got room upgrade which was a nice start. V nice guy checked me in and all staff were good but never enough on reception. Big hotel needs more than one on duty. My room was at back of hotel and there is a late night club behind hotel, so load of noise from hundreds of kids up to 0300 which was most annoying.. I really do not like dogs in a hotel. Smart hotel, comfortable and good location. Good bathroom but toilet is separate in a small claustrophobic room, and if next room is also using toilet, you hear everythong which i doint want,

Free Upgrade… er no ready er… no. But Comfy!
No options of earlier check in, no asking if could help with storing bags, no drinks offered… not if had too but could have been more caring rather than wait till 3pm. Could see this when if we’d listened then others weee given rooms at 2.30 and all rushed to counters. Could have been great to be called when ready like in a restaurant with a text or email. We’re told at reception “we have upgraded younfrom a superior to an executive”…. Then minutes later “oh no we aren’t, as you have 4 in room and our upgrade if only for 3 people??!?)”. Such a shock for family that were over moon as we stay in Novotel in France and uk, thought a reward but ends up a punishment. No times for breakfast given No WiFi info provided Called reception 3 times and just cuts off Sofa Bed not made in room and had to wait for housekeeping Room dated with lumpy wallpaper No air con controls Positives Lovely big bed and comfy Surprisingly good sofa bed too Car park underneath 15 minutes to bullring walking Fridge and safe in room Good… just some bits could have made it excellent. Pity
