I enjoyed feeling safe despite the outer appearance of the building and how the scenery felt a bit too quiet. The beds were comfortable and clean although the room was a bit outdated. You can tell they are making changes with new appliances and decor I was only there for a night the shower worked fine . Air worked for a good hot day. Staff was informative and I did receive my deposit back in a timely manner.

The room was decent. The deal breaker was the fact they only open the pool at 4pm which is ridiculous. They might as well shut it down and stop lying about having a pool. You have to get a ticket for breakfast so the food is limited as well. I will give them this though, it’s tough to beat the price for a clean room.

The pool was closed for cleaning, but wasn't ever clean. The whole hotel had an institutional feel to it. Police was in the lobby when we returned from a concert talking to an intoxicated man. Just felt overall unsafe. The parking lot was gross and dirty.

This hotel needs new employees for starters. The lady in the kitchen for breakfast was rude and couldnt speak any english. They couldn't ever give me wash cloths when askes they were always out, had to bathe with a giant towel. And they STOLE from us! They accused us of smoking in the room and not to mention the whole 4th floor smelled like smoke.

I don't usually leave reviews but in this case I hope it helps someone make a decision NOT to stay here! Moldy and outdated, terrible customer service, room too hot due to AC not working ( they told us " it's hot outside too"), breakfast is not as advertised and make sure you bring a ticket ( need to get it from the front desk), pool is there but closed most of the time ( maybe opened from 5 to 7 pm when no one needs to use it), outside smellws like piss. Plus, window had nasty windows and bathroom fan wasn't working, no coffee or water in the lobby ( it was out but no one cared to replace it even after being asked plz). only one positive thing was that bed was comfy 😁

If you like to be disrespected, ignored, and put on the back burner - then this is the place for you. The lady that runs the place flat out RUDE. She don't know a lick of English and ignores you right up until she needs to tell you something or needs something from you. Takes about an hour to get noticed at the bar/restaurant area, and maybe another hour to get your food. She decides if and when the pool opens with absolutely USELESS excuses. Unless her and her family want to use it. The breakfast included is a joke, I read "like dog food", that was generous. This hotel needs to be stripped of her in charge/own/whatever. She is a bad face for Ramada.

I reserved and paid for a king bed room and they gave me a double bed room. The night manager couldn’t care less about his guests, and dog food for breakfast could have probably been better.
