Will Never Book with them AGAIN
Will Never Book with them AGAIN! When we first saw this booking, we loved how it looked and wanted to use this listing for our stay during our stay in Birmingham for the gender reveal. Two weeks before we started heading down there, the host was not corresponding AT ALL. The communication sucked and we couldn’t get a straight answer from the host. We told them that we wanted to add another person to the list since this was her event and she’s pregnant. It took them three days to get back to us or get a response from them. We’ve even tried to call them on a few occasions and they would NEVER answer the phone. Once we finally arrived at the house, we were placed in a bad, dangerous area of Birmingham (I would know because we were born & raised here) and the house was next do an abandoned house with mattresses on the side of the street and the house was on a dead end street. We told them when we purchased the Vrbo that we wanted a house with a bedroom for me and my wife and another bed for our son and daughter. The house is not what we requested at all. We called the host immediately to get an understanding of what was going on and he kinda got smart with us over the phone, but he still said that he would give us a refund due to us not wanting to stay in the house. I’m not gonna lie, the furniture in the house was looking very nice, but the furnitures had a “urine” odor. We ended up leaving the house to stay in a hotel room. Book at your own risk!
