Don’t Waste Your Time
The customer service was so horrible that I was stranded outside for two and half hours without ever receiving initial access to the property. I reached out to the general manager several time but he never answered or returned my call. The experience was so horrible, it was surreal.

I made multiple complaints with the receptionist and I haven’t received any updates or responses. The couch, the chair, the nightstand and the lampshade was filthy. I immediately called the manager and reached their voicemail, I requested a partial refund due to the fact that there was no communication regarding our unit during our entire stay. We were also locked out of the main door, the elevator and common areas until I received an updated code from the leasing office ( which we were instructed not to reach out to them for anything however, the leasing office receptionist was the only solution based attendant during our entire stay. I’m beyond disappointed.
