Come and settle in our charming apartment, renovated and equipped in 2019, to fully enjoy your holidays and the Atlantic beaches. Five minutes from the central beach, you are also close to shops, neighborhood restaurants, and other activities at Biscarrosse-Plage, without touching your car.

Description:

A stone's throw from the city center, but without noisy shops nearby, this ground floor apartment, with its large veranda and its shaded private terrace, will allow you to relax upon arrival.

A small kitchen optimized to perfection (oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, storage) and its dining area under a bright veranda equipped with an electric blind, will allow you to receive easily.

The living room adjoining the kitchen is equipped with a 3-seater sofa and armchairs to accommodate everyone for TV evenings or board game evenings.

The downstairs bedroom is a double bedroom with storage.

Small practical and equipped bathroom (110 shower cubicle, sink, heated towel rail and washing machine). The toilets are separate.

Finally, a wooden staircase will bring you to the first floor where there is a bedroom for three people (mezzanine bed with sleeping in 140 and sleeping in 90 + storage).

Klein aber fein .. es war ein sehr schƶner Aufenthalt
Das kleine Ferienhaus war perfekt gelegen und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet mit zudem einem sehr gemĆ¼tlichem Hof zum DrauƟen sitzen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch zum Ort Biscarosse-Plage alles - einschlieƟlich dem wunderschƶnen Strand / Atlantik - bequem zu FuƟ erreichbar. Auch die Parkmƶglichkeiten - eigener Parkplatz - perfekt. Die Vermieter waren zudem super freundlich und unkompliziert. Perfekte Kommunikation. Daumen hoch .. es war einfach sehr sehr schƶn und gemĆ¼tlich. Vielen Dank nochmal an die sehr lieben Vermieter :-) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt :-)

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber praktisch und gemĆ¼tlich eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man fĆ¼r 2 Wochen zu viert plus Hund benƶtigt. Die Wohnung liegt recht zentral, was einerseits praktisch ist hinsichtlich Entfernung zum Strand oder auch morgens zur BƤckerei. Andererseits ist es dadurch abends bzw. nachts hƤufig relativ laut, was den Erholungseffekt unserer Meinung nach etwas mindert. etwas mindert. Aber trotzdem war es ein toller Urlaub , eine wunderschƶne Zeit mit der Familie! es Urlaub mit

Schƶnes, kleines Ferienhaus! Etwas auƟerhalb vom Trubel gelegen, bietet die Unterkunft in fuƟlƤufiger Anbindung alles, was man fĆ¼r einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benƶtigt. Sehr netter Vermieter! Die Ausstattung der KĆ¼che ist gut, GerƤte sind alle neuwertig und funktionieren. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz fĆ¼r's Haus. Am Strand ist man in 5 min.! Wir hatten eine sehr schƶne Urlaubswoche.

Appartement trĆØs bien situĆ© (on peut aller Ć  la plage Ć  pied, ce qui est pratique pour les baignades mais aussi pour se promener aprĆØs le repas), et trĆØs bien amĆ©nagĆ©. Les petits dĆ©jeunĆ©s et les repas dans la vĆ©randa sont agrĆ©ables. La cuisine est trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ© et avec du matĆ©riel de qualitĆ©. La salle de bain est petite mais fonctionnelle. Les commerces et restaurants sont Ć  5mn Ć  pied ce qui les rend trĆØs accessibles mais sans les nuisances sonores que l'on aurait du supporter en Ć©tant plus proches. Le propriĆ©taire a trĆØs bien organisĆ© l'ensemble des ustensiles disponibles, ils sont faciles Ć  trouver et toutes les notices d'utilisation sont accessibles.
