An open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, [hidden] well as a dining room. A bedroom is available with a 160cm bed with storage. A pantry with a washing machine and storage space. A bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. On the exterior side, garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days. A parking space is available. You park when you arrive and you can, if you wish, go by bike to go to the market, drink a coffee on the terrace, discover our cycle paths or even cycle to the ocean for the sunset.
